In fact, the sea view is completely absent from the word, the room is miserable with broken lockers and even poorly cleaned. Already at 23.00 we go back and ask for the promised, give 20 dollars. back and as an apology they give a bigger number. We come and see too, only in a larger room. After 24 hours of the road and understanding that it will not be better, we decide to settle down for the night.
During the operation of the hotel room, obvious jambs are found, which, on the recommendation of the tour operator Anex tour, we fix on camera, namely: a broken chair, a torn curtain in the bathroom, soap dispensers flow like a river, a glass with a crack and the most hit is a broken TV. There is no more strength to understand. We make a decision at the organizational meeting at 9.00. report these defects in writing on letterhead from the tour operator and ask to eliminate the shortcomings. Eliminated all the comments, but decided to sell the TV to us for 400 bucks!!! ! To which we prihu a little ..... and sent them away. This vacation ended before it even started. The administrators, for two days, one by one, told us that we owe them the announced amount and, in order not to leave a showdown on the last day of departure, called the tourist police and wrote a statement about extortion of money.
The price for equipment dropped from $400 to $250, I also did not agree. Divorce number three: Very reluctantly the petition was accepted by the police, but somehow already in court I was accused. This became clear directly at the court session. The photos and the application for the elimination of comments were enough for the judge to annul the hotel's claim, I had to sit in a monkey house, leave fingerprints and a criminal photo in the police station, after which I was released at almost 3.00 am. For you to understand all these movements, it took 13 hours of my rest. After that, there were no complaints from the managers. Of course, the rest was spoiled and the remaining four days passed in anticipation of some other meanness. Knowing that such cases are not uncommon in some hotels in Egypt, be careful when checking into a room or you may be fucked.

Meals are standard, as usual in Egypt. Delicious cucumbers, melons, tangerines, oranges. Many praised pomegranates, dates and guava, but I didn't try it, I'm not a fan : ) I really liked the a la carte restaurants, everything was delicious : )

Of the minuses:

I came with my daughters to play boccia (9 and 7 years old), the youngest daughter was not allowed to play, arguing that adults do not like to play with children, although they did not mind and did not say anything at all. The daughter was very upset, barely calmed her down.

I am madly in love with marine photo shoots. Every time we go out with the whole family, we always try to get in, and then admire the bright colorful photos for a whole year ...But not this time : a day out of our lives!! ! Don't mess with them!! !

The tile in the main body is slippery to the point of horror, on the last day I fell and pulled a bunch.
The staff impudently begs for money, especially the cleaners killed, they came in the evening and asked for a change, towels are not changed every day, God bless him, but why change them, if there are two in the room and we know who hung theirs where, we come, but they are just swapped or hung on a dryer, taken off the hook. No one wipes the dust on the tables, the mirror too, but our cosmetics were arranged according to height. We left a dollar on the third day, we didn’t notice much difference.
There are no questions for the bartenders and the guys on the beach.
In restaurants there is a lot of food on the buffet, you will not be hungry, meat, fish, there is always.
Animators live on the beach, do not stick, quite pleasant. But there are just a lot of other service providers.
The heated pool disappointed, it was near the restaurant, sometimes food came across in it, and the drain grate was also updated around it, and the remains of chemistry, pieces of tiles, mortar, were simply raked into the pool in the morning, and we thought why the child had allergies, pimples on face after diving.
The sea is different for small and adults, but in December it is warm only on a pontoon. The beach is huge, enough for everyone.
Alas, this is not the hotel to return to.

We had to wait a bit with the check-in (the rooms that left were being cleaned), but at around 11 o’clock we had already settled down and... began to enjoy winter Egypt.
The rooms are nice, well maintained, safe in the rooms. With Wi-Fi, of course, sadness, it is not in the rooms. Used roaming. There was an option at the airport to take an Egyptian SIM card, but we did not take it. Next time we will definitely take it. The sea is close, as the hotel is on the first line. With food, everything is equipped at a high level. A la carte is not in words, there really is, but if you are interested, then order immediately upon arrival. It's just that often all the restaurants are taken apart and there may not be a place in the one you want to go to.
This time we took all the excursions not on the side, but from our representative AneksTour and... they did not regret it. Everything is organized for 9 out of 10. The hotel area is huge, green, well-groomed. The hotel staff is responsive. If someone wants to drown, we recommend shopping near the hotel, behind the central gate, there are shops on the left and right. There bargaining is very appropriate. Definitely a vacation was a hit. A very steep climb.
Towels: be prepared for the fact that you will take towels in one place and take them in another because they do not have cards to return to you, while you can go around 3-4 places for issuing towels to find where the cards are.
Sun loungers: near the warm pool they were sorely lacking. You cannot bring them from anywhere else.
Cleanliness: tin!!! ! ITS simply no, even if removed. I did not ask for "sterile" but at least clean towels every day and liquid soap ...
Food: more or less. But the last days the family was friends with a white friend))))
The territory is large and beautiful, there are many sun loungers on the beach, the beach is large. I didn't go to sea. Meter 200 water is ankle-deep, knee-deep, ankle-deep and then deep.
The pontoon is good but we were lucky only on the last day. There was a storm.
All these minuses blocked one plus with excursions. They were not taken to hotels. Guides are still those bastards!! ! The attitude is vile, almost with threats they came to us in the flesh to the point that if we don’t come to the “meeting”, they won’t pick us up from the hotel upon departure because they won’t know where we are and what we are.

We took a tour from Mido. Instagram @midokairov. I really liked the attitude, kind not intrusive. We took quad biking. Everything is very cool.
Then they wanted to take our free city tour from the guide, which everyone provides to their tourists, but they also wanted to fuck us here !!!
Due to the fact that we did not sign up for this excursion on the first day of arrival, it already costs $ 5 (it was the 4th day of rest) and if we don’t sign up today, tomorrow it will be $ 10))))

But even here Mido came to the rescue. He gave us a free tour of the places we wanted to visit. He told us the history of the city. Did not impose anything, ABSOLUTELY!! ! He asked where we want to go. I was at the fish market, fruit, oil factory, embankment, in the state pharmacy and in the supermarket. At the bazaars, he did not lead us to his places, but gave us the right to choose. Even bargained for a discount. At the fish market, he also helped to choose fresh shrimp, because we are not strong in this, but at the same time he didn’t take him to a specific place, namely, he explained how they should look.
Next time I will definitely go on excursions only with him @midokairov.

In addition to the fact that it is more pleasant to go on excursions with him, the price is cheaper by + -10 dollars.
Since there were 5 of us, the savings were concrete.

2. Nutrition. Standard, as for Egypt. We weren't hungry. There were small queues at the main restaurant. But we came at such a time. If you come to the opening, or by the end of the people were less. But even during rush hour, a free place could be found.
3. Sea. Frequent low tide, shallow sea. You have to go to the depths and not a little. And since we were in a period when there was a strong wind, it was a little uncomfortable getting out of the water. But as an alternative, there is a lagoon. You could always swim there. Well, no one canceled swimming in the pools. And there are sooo many of them, for every taste.
4. Territory. It is just huge and very green. There are greenery, flowers, palm trees all around. An incredible amount for cool photos. It took 7 minutes to walk from our room to the main restaurant. For the laziest, shuttle buses run around the territory, which is very convenient.
5. Animation. Guys animators are great umnichki! Here you can spend your leisure time for every taste: there is a zumba, aqua aerobics, water polo, yoga, a kids club, a mini disco in the evening and an entertainment program for adults. We also note the foam party on the beach. Cool! The children were happy.
We also visited two a la carte restaurants. The podium is beyond praise!
Long Beach is not a hotel, but a real resort where everyone will find something to their liking. All staff are smart! Friendly, responsive bees that work from morning to night. No rudeness was noticed.
In general, the hotel is recommended to visit! And we will definitely come back here!

A lot of pools, slides (they let a daughter 5.10 years old and a son 3.4 years old).
Food - two years ago it was really worse (everything was spicy, even soups), now the food is European, familiar to our stomach). Small children 1.5 + always have something to feed.
A huge plus is the transfer at the hotel, and it doesn’t matter where you are settled, in a couple of minutes you will be taken where you say.
Animation and evening shows are now taking place on the beach, which is very good, this was not the case two years ago.
Very clean pools, every morning they do a water change and clean the pools.
What pleasantly pleases, the entire staff of the hotel does not change. It was nice to see people we saw a couple of years ago.
Of the minuses:
If you want to eat normally in the main restaurant, come early! Otherwise, you will stand in lines for food / dishes or even wait for a table to be free. We came for breakfast at 07.50 well, but came at 08.30 full of excitement. The same with dinner, 19:00-30 everything is fine, after 20:00 horror!
The most annoying thing is the lack of trays. I, as a mother of two children, had to walk back and forth with plates for many roses, and again stand in lines. Such a pleasure. While I bring the children to eat for myself, I don’t want anything anymore. The dishes are broken.
We were also surprised by our room cleaner (we lived in 29 bungalows on the second line), every day they left $ 1, but did not clean it, only changed the bed and that's it. Looks like he got really screwed up. On the penultimate day of cleaning, he didn’t leave any water at all, in short, didn’t even put bags in the trash cans (for a minute, he cleaned us on 09.09 at 15.00, and our eviction was on 10.10 at 12.00). Although gratitude left.
As for a la carte, we went to a Chinese restaurant for the first time (avoid it). I ordered paid rolls, and got poisoned. Keep the temperature for 38 days, the stomach hurt, well, p... s.
An hour before our visit to this restaurant, our friends came, who ordered rolls with the whole family and all got sick, and they were ill for two days + temperature 37.5.
I really, really liked the restaurant Zitas (Central European cuisine). Ice cream wow.
A good Egyptian restaurant, but we simply could not eat there, everything is very spicy. But the presentation is there and the service is superb. In general, who loves spicy - you definitely come here.
Impressions still remained good, but we won’t come 3 times for sure) except that after 5 years.

the interior of the rooms is very poor;
the menu is tolerably monotonous;
service - close to non-existent;
staff (not always of age) - from benevolent to those experiencing restrained disgust for guests (however, sometimes quite justified).
Regarding the staff, there are also individual cases, such as the local representative of Anex Tura, Isa - this one has professional burnout and signs of a mental disorder. In the place of the administration, in order to maintain a reputation for a cannon shot, I would not let this acorn near the territory of the hotel, and in the place of the direct employer (Anex Tura) I would even send it to grow mangoes, and not to communicate with people.
The "rebound" after the general decline in the industry, which began in 2010, aggravated by the terrorist attack of 2015 and the covid crisis, is still poorly noticeable here - a large territory, which was previously considered an advantage here, now rather serves as a burden, since maintaining the entire infrastructure in proper condition (not to mention the modernization, which is urgently needed), there are clearly not enough resources.
Another absurd thing is a water park, which supposedly exists here, but, judging by the rules, children under 130 cm tall are not allowed there (this is in a traditionally family resort).
In general, for an unpretentious tourist, in the case of a good price, it is quite suitable for beach and pool rolls in the sun, in all other cases - I would not recommend this hotel.
