A huge plus is the transfer at the hotel, and it doesn’t matter where you are settled, in a couple of minutes you will be taken where you say.
Animation and evening shows are now taking place on the beach, which is very good, this was not the case two years ago.

If you want to eat normally in the main restaurant, come early! Otherwise, you will stand in lines for food / dishes or even wait for a table to be free. We came for breakfast at 07.50 well, but came at 08.30 full of excitement. The same with dinner, 19:00-30 everything is fine, after 20:00 horror!
The most annoying thing is the lack of trays. I, as a mother of two children, had to walk back and forth with plates for many roses, and again stand in lines. Such a pleasure. While I bring the children to eat for myself, I don’t want anything anymore. The dishes are broken.
We were also surprised by our room cleaner (we lived in 29 bungalows on the second line), every day they left $ 1, but did not clean it, only changed the bed and that's it. Looks like he got really screwed up. On the penultimate day of cleaning, he didn’t leave any water at all, in short, didn’t even put bags in the trash cans (for a minute, he cleaned us on 09.09 at 15.00, and our eviction was on 10.10 at 12.00). Although gratitude left.
As for a la carte, we went to a Chinese restaurant for the first time (avoid it). I ordered paid rolls, and got poisoned. Keep the temperature for 38 days, the stomach hurt, well, p... s.
