Beautiful clean well maintained hotel with professional and well mannered staff. The area is small but beautiful. There are many beautifully flowering plants that are pleasantly pleasing to the eye and create a mood. The staff is just great, everyone is smiling and polite. There are many beautifully flowering plants that are pleasantly pleasing to the eye and create a mood. The staff is just great, everyone is smiling and polite. About the food ((we have breakfast, lunch and dinner + ALL at the Grand Hotel)). For 15 years of trips to Hurghada, this is the best. In the evening there is something to do - show programs and a disco. We went to the Grand Hotel where there were a lot of everyone, both young and older. But everyone was dancing. In the Grand Resort, 90% of the Germans and the rest of the Czech dates and Russians. No discrimination. We are very happy with our holiday! Recommend.
