If you are going to go there I would definitely recommend waterproof shoes as the floor is very hot and slippery. If you want good service, you need to tip - a lot! I do not agree with this. Yes, we do tip, but there is a certain service hierarchy, which, given how much we spent, is not good for us.
The culture of tipping continued outside of the hotel as well, which, to be honest, put us off our trip to Egypt a lot.
The entertainment team made me write reviews on Google and gravitated towards sane people on a daily basis; they spoke to us three times and asked for feedback twice. Entertainment - 2* Last but not least, the food First, the main restaurant is in total chaos! No glasses; ridiculous queues; children on hoverboards and roller skates; waiting for cutlery while your food cools down. We started setting alarms for the morning to get up early and avoid some of the stress. We will never return or recommend this hotel to anyone; this is not something we have experienced in other hotels in Egypt.

This affects the food - the choice of food is less than it was before quarantine, the bus to the beach is not every 15 minutes, but once an hour, some of the hotel buildings are closed, there is no animation - there is simply no one to hold it for - few people, but nevertheless in the evening there were small shows - they sang, danced, a light show, during the day they tried to hold a zumba, aqua aerobics. The a la carte restaurants are closed, the rooftop pool and bar are also closed, two more adult pools are also closed, but this is all due to the absence of people - there will be people - everything will work.
The service is very good, the attitude of the staff is excellent, the room was cleaned every day, all requests were fulfilled. They don't ask for money. The rooms are as in the photo, they correspond to reality, except that there is not enough gloss, like the whole territory, but this is 100 due to the lack of people and economy - they try to support everything as best they can, but it is clear that it is hard for them. The beaches are empty, the bars on the beach work, but there is no one there - accordingly, everything is cut down - the range. And we are very satisfied with the hotel. I recommend. We even really liked the absence of people - everything is free, everything is personal, as soon as for you.

There were no problems with sunbeds, there were more than enough of them. You could not return to the hotel for lunch, you could have a great meal at the beach bar (pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, fruit, ice cream). The only thing that bothered me a little was the towels that you had to carry with you all the time, they were changed only on the territory of the hotel at 17.00, the cleaner took them near the room and brought clean ones.
We got a lot of positive emotions from the rest, we would gladly return again, I definitely recommend the hotel)

Vacationers were different, mostly Western Europeans, not many Russian speakers, there are Arabs. I advise you to buy a local SIM card at the airport, the Internet in the hotel is slow and often hangs with us.
