The food is especially tasty and varied, not spicy, everyone could find something special for themselves, the staff is friendly and tidy. But the employees of the Diving Monkey diving center on site made the vacation really unforgettable. In them, we chose an excursion to the Abu Dabab bay and the House of dolphin. Thank you very much for this. Special thanks to Hassan Madany who organized the dolphin swim in the open sea, he was a great guide and photographer who directed us where to swim to be close to the dolphins and took great photos with them.
Emotions are simply incredible, when you swim in a flock of dolphins, you can touch them, see how they play and hear how they communicate with their special whistle. These feelings are beyond words!

In the bay of Abu Dabab, everything was really as we were told no false promises: they said that the turtles would be for sure - they were, we swam with them and took pictures, the dugong - maybe or not - there was no dugong, but there were enough emotions from the turtles and great reef.
My family and I are already planning next year's holiday at the Elphistone Resort and Diving Monkey employees.

Let's start in order: departure from Minsk with the Ukrainian company JoinUP! No complaints, everything is prompt and worthy and $ 200 cheaper than with Tez for two for 10 nights with excellent arrival and departure times. Taking into account that from Hurghada to cut three hours to the hotel, on the 11th day I managed to swim in the morning. At the airport I bought a SIM card for 6 gigabytes for $ 10, at the hotel it's 10 euros. I didn't need so much, but I didn't need less. We arrived at the hotel at 10.20, since I am a regular customer, we were immediately settled. I didn’t go to choose a room, because I lived in different buildings and I know that they are all the same. The only thing that we were settled on the first floor, I did not like, and the next day we were moved to the second. Buildings B and A are closer to the sea, I like F and E because they have an elevator, reception and a restaurant. The furniture in the rooms is far from new, but quite comfortable, our cleaning was normal, the batteries in the safe needed to be changed, but I kept forgetting to call the worker, so the show with the safe was my fault. The hotel is occupied by 70% of the Poles, most of whom already at 10 am trampled on the spill of alcohol, so they had a holiday in the morning, they didn’t really interfere, but they didn’t please either. The beach is good, but the sunbeds and umbrellas need to be replaced, nails stuck out in the sunbeds. But the workers on the beach are nice, after a couple of days they knew who liked to sunbathe in what place, and it's nice. I love to swim in the open sea, and I had to swear to open the pier when the red flag. In general, I was very unpleasantly surprised by the work schedule of the pier - at 16.00 on the pier, the gates are locked, despite the fact that the sun sets after 17.30. Stairs and railings are rarely cleaned, they are slippery and covered with algae. This is a descent behind the reef, I don’t know about the rest, I didn’t use it. Animation can be put a deuce, because stretching, aqua aerobics and volleyball - that's all that 6 animators did with tourists, in the evenings there were very primitive and vulgar programs, so after three days I stopped walking. And for drunken Poles it was normal. Naturally, on the beach you will be obsessively offered massages (very mediocre), manicures, pedicures, safari, diving (good - the only thing that there is no dugong in Abudabad, no matter how you are convinced otherwise), smelly camels and paid pizza and cocktails. Excursions and diving can be safely taken on the beach. But it’s just a disaster with food, I couldn’t stand it on the last day and told the chef that the food just sucks, this is not a four, but a super economy three. Breakfast is relatively normal: eggs, pancakes, buns, vegetables, fruits, yoghurts, muesli, cottage cheese, cheeses. But lunch and dinner are sad, and if lunch is more or less, then dinner sucks or vice versa. One or two types of meat, three - this is already a holiday, one type of fish, two types of rice, potatoes, pasta, two types of boiled and stewed vegetables, without salt and spices, sometimes just dissatisfied. Several types of vegetable salads, sometimes with sweets!! ! such as sour cream, oil, vinegar and a couple of types of safe sauces, there is not even a banal ketchup and mayonnaise. But 15 types of desserts of different colors, but the same taste. Fruits - oranges, tangerines, melon, dates, head, pomegranate, apples, however, not all at once, but in turn. Snacks to hug and cry - a bun with cheese or sausage, I didn’t have time for something like pizza, sometimes unleavened cookies. No one died of hunger, but the food is disgusting. There are no settlements nearby, so if you want to change the situation, then a taxi to the port of Ghalib - good cafes, hookah, a huge number of souvenir shops, pleasure boats, live music on certain days. A couple of days before departure, a terrible incident happened, not with us, but we talked with the victim, which did not add points to the hotel: a glass door fell on a tourist from Poland in the bathroom, she was seriously injured by shrapnel. So the hotel not only did not apologize, but also billed. Fortunately, this girl works in a serious company and immediately contacted lawyers. But we left today and I don't know how the story ended. The hotel has four swimming pools and a large green area, there is also a Bedouin tent on the beach.
