We returned from this hotel a week ago. Now I have calmed down a bit and can write a censored review. So, I'll start in a standard way, with the fact that we are picky people and usually rest in inexpensive 5x, 4x or even our 3x. Much of what we saw in this hotel was shocking, but I will try to be as objective as possible.

Number. We arrived as a family at the hotel already closer to midnight, settled us pretty quickly. The room for 4 (double bed + two single beds for 2 adults and children 2 and 5 years old) turned out to be very spacious, which initially pleased me (having read bad reviews AFTER booking the tour, I mentally prepared for the worst). As it turned out, the refrigerator, the TV remote control, some sockets did not work in the room, the light in the bathroom, the corridor, and the lamps near one of the single beds and on one side of the double bed did not turn on.

The refrigerator and the remote control were replaced for us on the same day, the next day the light switch in the bathroom and the socket were repaired. A peculiar repair of the light switches near the beds led to the fact that the now non-working switches began to turn on both lamps, and the previously working switches stopped. Also, on request, they brought us extra towels for 4 people, since initially only 2 towels were available.

Nutrition. This is the first all inclusive where you can not be afraid that you will get better. If for lunch and dinner I could still find something to feed the children, then in the morning it was a real challenge. For the first time I didn’t see cereal for breakfast, I found out what overcooked rice porridge on water without sugar and salt is. To get us all scrambled eggs, my husband steadfastly stood in line for 20 minutes. For there was nothing else to eat except vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes).
Lunch and dinner were more varied and quite tasty, but since they were cooked back to back, often those who did not come to the opening were missing a lot.
For the first time, I encountered the fact that there were not enough plates, forks and spoons.

I remember on the second day I was amazed how, during breakfast, a man and a little girl grabbed the last plate and each pulled. Thankfully, the man gave in. Only the lucky ones who approached the bartender in the forefront could drink coffee in a cup, the rest were content with cheap plastic cups that are NOT INTENDED for hot drinks. Strangely, more dishes and cutlery were put out for dinner and there were fewer such problems. As far as I understand, this is to wash them less the rest of the time. It is interesting that plastic cups are also put out by the piece and several times I saw that they wash them too.

Beach. Since we were with small children, we liked the beach.
Quite small, there is a convenient entrance. But to get there you have to go through the ADD. We did not get on the morning flight and usually approached after 9.00. We were never able to leave at the scheduled time. There are a lot of people, everyone does not fit, drivers are afraid of checks and do not take standing passengers. The children and I had to wait for an hour in a stuffy reception (they also save on conders here), and then after an hour and a half to go back or it would be problematic to return.

Service. There are two implications here. On the one hand, they respond quickly to requests, but on the other hand, everything is done carelessly, purely nominally. Room cleaning was carried out regularly, but consisted of wiping the floor and taking out the trash. When we checked in, we had a dirty mirror in the bathroom, and it remained so until the end of the holiday. But this is nothing compared to their public toilets!
The first time I went there, I was surprised to find that the door in the booth did not close. At that time, I did not attach any importance to this, because I was in a hurry, and simply closed the door.

The next time, I nevertheless decided to put pressure on this door, and by lifting it and applying physical pressure, I closed it. No manipulations helped me to open it. Only my husband, who soon sounded the alarm, brought the master to save me from this toilet captivity. The door was not repaired either that day or the following days. Later, I personally rescued several such captives. While I waited, I examined the booth. The dirty floor here didn't surprise me, but the brown shit stains on the wall were a surprise. By the way, these stains remained there until the day of our departure. I think they are still there.

Pool and slides. Almost everything is worthy here, the children were pleased with the slides. But the impression was spoiled by the fact that according to the schedule they had to work from 10.00 to 12.00, they were turned on from 10.
30 and turned off at 11.30. True, after a convincing request, they did include it. I think that's how they tried to save money here. Oh yes, there were some broken and dirty sunbeds, which were not enough for all the guests. Despite the fact that the hotel was not crowded at all.
Animation. There is practically no daytime animation, we mostly went to a children's disco, which took only half an hour from 20.30 to 21.00 and often started later. The kids liked it, the impression was not spoiled even by the fact that everything was conducted in Arabic. The animators are friendly guys, they know the Russian language and were able to lure my children in such a way that they pulled me to the disco every evening.

I will say a few words about the playground, because it touched me to the quick. We were given a room next to the playground, which I was very happy about, because I hoped to let the children go there without worrying about them (we are nearby), and they love to ride with me.
What was my surprise when the next day they returned from the site after 5 minutes with the words: "the hills are staggering. " I went to check and was shocked by what I saw. The legs of the slides are rotten, rusted, they stand crookedly and, indeed, are dangerous for children. We didn't go to the site anymore.
In general, the hotel, of course, I do not recommend. When we arrived, and when we left, only the letters Sharm B were lit on the Sharm Bride sign (as the hotel used to be called). And this is a brief commemoration of how everything works in this hotel.

Oh yes, the apotheosis of everything was our departure from Sharm. 3 hours! We stood in line with the kids. 4 passed in total! queues where they scanned, groped, checked passports four times. Absolutely everyone who stood in line spat on both the rest in Sharm and their attitude towards tourists. Everyone we talked to promised to come back here. It's like "finishing off" those who are still thinking about a possible holiday here in the future.
To make sure they don't have that desire.
