Обман!!!!! Deception!!!!!

We are resting in Egypt not for the first time. We decided to try to buy a tour at the last minute... We bought a ticket for 2 from Kharkov. The cost of the tour is 16.000. The hotel is positioned as 4 *... but it is not so... We arrived at the hotel at 8.00. Coming off the bus, we saw a hotel similar to hotels in Ukraine of the Soviet era... We quickly registered (at that time there were only 10 tenants with us... ). Fatigue after a night flight made me settle in this horror! The hotel and everything that is there is just a bestial attitude towards people who flew over 4 thousand km. and paid money for the rest...
The hotel is positioned as a water park. . . it basically doesn't exist. . . there are 3 rusty slides in the cold pool. . . by the way, there is only one pool. . . The hotel is on the second line and there should be a shuttle to the beach. . . but again a surprise - only 2 times a day... We went on an all-inclusive... but figs there... for lunch, 10 "victims" were given portions of what they considered necessary (in short, such shit... it’s obvious that we didn’t even try) . With the explanation that the occupancy of the hotel is small and the buffet therefore does not! Well, how? By the way, they asked for beer at 12.00, they answered that the bar would be open from 18.00. SHOCK, which has no limit.
At the reception, we read the reviews and realized what a mistake they made... find in the internet a story about "toilet captivity" in this hotel : ))). We contacted the guide of our tour operator... we moved to another hotel for an additional fee... Abdo Pasha, thank you! The rest was saved... And the last thing, when we looked at the vouchers upon arrival... this "homeless person" for 20.000 or more is offered by various tour operators !! ! The photo and everything else is very different from the declared...
