There is a SPA and a gym, as well as an alley with shops, but the range is not very good. In the evening we arrive late to the room - under the door is a piece of paper "Tomorrow at 8.00 you have an excursion. " I am writing to the guide why tomorrow? Answers that then this excursion will not be. In general, this is not the first time we have traveled with TUI, but this is the first time. The crocodile show sucks, I don't recommend it. To go far, it is better to go to the dolphinarium once again. White Island, of course, super! The guide was excellent, although also TUI, the team on the boat is also super. At sea, it will be interesting for children in any weather - knee-deep and waist-deep water; who needs depth and corals - go along the bridge (about 500m) and admire fish, hedgehogs, snakes, crabs from above. Not every hotel can boast of such types of corals and living creatures on its own beach. The bridge (platform) near the water should have been improved better (there are no umbrellas or sun visors); the descent (stairs) to the water is also uncomfortable (slippery, narrow, rusty). Every evening animation for children, and later for adults. A child of 7 years old is looking forward to 19.00 all day long, first they will paint them all as they want, then they dance and play together with the hosts; further live music, songs, different numbers every evening on different topics. Food at the highest level; seafood for dinner every day without exception (different types of shrimp, octopus, squid, crabs, fish). It was a little disappointing that this hotel does not have its own a la carte restaurants; at the reception sometimes came across well, completely incomprehensible even in English, workers. The hotel was advised by an agent, yes it is on the second line, but close to the sea, they walked through the buildings in the shade. There were 4 adults and two children, two grandmothers. Superiot room: clean, closet, cabinets, kinder, everything worked (the kinder was noisy), cleaning every day. Food: pleased everyone, a lot of delicious meat, beef in various forms and cooked deliciously, seafood, cereals and vegetables, only few fruits and green kiwis.

Although my husband and I also arranged everything. To lie in warm water is a thrill. The lagoon here is good, cleared, there was enough space for everyone. There were fish, which is also good (a full-face mask went bail).
Water park: worked for a long time and everyone could have enough!

I was approached by this hotel for value for money and paid attention to the reviews. We did not expect settlement at all. On the number we had shortcomings, as always in Egypt, but everything is within normal limits. We didn't actually use animation, only children's. I understand that they gave us a better room than we booked, as it was very large. The food was good, varied, there was seafood. There was a moment when my husband felt bad, after which they prepared separate dishes for him in the kitchen, cooked rice and so on. We can’t say why he didn’t feel good, but we liked the fact that we went to the meeting and cooked separately for him. The room is good, there were minor breakdowns, the hairdryer did not work, but after the first contact, everything was fixed for us. We had a room near the children's pool, but it was further from the sea, it took 15 minutes to go there, but we walked through a beautiful green area, so we were happy about it. There was a small market near the hotel, it took 3-4 minutes to walk to it. If you walk for 15-20 minutes, you can reach the shopping area, where there are shops, pharmacies, a large market. We went on one excursion, which we bought from a guide, it was a great trip, a professional diver, we dived for the first time, we liked it and the attitude towards the child was good, although he did not dive or swim. We understood that the owner of the hotel is Italian, we just caught his arrival and watched how everything was fixed everywhere if we noticed any shortcomings. We liked the hotel, we can safely recommend it for a family holiday.
