We rested at the hotel from 07/02 to 07/14/19 together with my daughter 9 years old. Tour for 12 nights, TUI tour operator, Windrose airline. We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 am. The boy at the reception offered to check in immediately for $ 20 per person, and he specified which floor and how many beds would suit us. We agreed that I would not pay for the child, they gave us bracelets and sent us to breakfast, and after 30 minutes we were already in the room (for $ 20).
Number. We had booked a Superior with pool view. Absolutely everything was like that. The room on the first floor 5133 is ordinary, spacious. A wardrobe with a safe, a TV on the table, a mini-bar and a kettle with a set of tea, coffee, sugar, a bed, bedside tables, a table and two chairs. The bathroom is big. Fence with shower, washbasin, toilet. There was a cistern leaking in the toilet, but if you close the door, you can’t hear the murmur at all, so we didn’t bother, we didn’t complain. When checking in, the safe was closed (I love such greetings from those leaving), I called the reception, they said “5 minutes”, they came in 4 minutes, opened it, showed me how to use it, apologized a hundred times, and left. The janitor knocked and asked what was needed. We asked where to get beach towels, because. We were not given cards. He said "sorry" and a minute later brought a branded bag with two towels for the beach. I was already pleasantly surprised, but a little later I realized that impeccable service is the main feature of this hotel. Thus, at 9 o'clock in the morning, our full rest had already begun. Room cleaning is standard, as everywhere. Towels were changed, the floor was washed, swans and other living creatures were twisted. There is simply no question of any second line, who came up with this, I wonder? Beach buildings are closer to the sea, Park and Club buildings are a little further along the path, but closer to the water park. There is no road, fence or even a fence between them. In many first line hotels, the sea is much further. It was a 9 minute walk from our room to the beach. Everywhere greenery, swimming pools, an artificial waterfall with a lake, comfortable light sun loungers, many bars. Cleanliness is close to ideal everywhere, except for the beach, where you need to clean more carefully. There are many pools - 4 or 5, as well as a water park with 5 slides. The pools are all the same type, only one had a gentle slope, the rest with steps, after which it is immediately up to the neck - it is inconvenient with children, so children hang out mainly on slides and in a pool with a gentle entrance. There are areas with goals for playing polo, as well as two excellent fields for football and tennis with excellent coverage. There is a SPA and a gym, as well as an alley with shops, but the range is not very good. It is better to go through the reception of the Club onto the road, go a little to the left and you will get to a mini-bazaar. There is a supermarket, a pharmacy, travel agencies, a fish restaurant and souvenir shops. Bargain! This is Egypt. I can’t say about the Internet at the hotel, I always buy a SIM card at the airport and have no problems with the Internet.
Nutrition. Each hotel has its own main restaurant on the territory, but this is better, because. there is no crowd, no queues, everyone is dispersed to their restaurants. The restaurant is cool, clean, there are a lot of tables, the dishes are clean, whole. The waiters are just darlings! My daughter made friends with almost everyone, in the morning she will bypass everyone, she will give everyone “five”. We always sat in the area where the drinks are. The waiter Mohammed is the kindest young man. Cover, bring, serve, remove - all with a smile. The table occupied us. For my daughter’s birthday, he arranged a surprise for me and the rest of the waiters - they decorated the table, brought out the cake, sang, everyone took pictures with her. Daughter is just delighted! Every morning an inspector, someone from the management, walks in the restaurant. Looks very picky at everything from the floor to the syrup on the buns. I never eat ready-made salads in Egypt and Turkey, but here everything is so appetizing and you can see that it’s fresh, what I ate and most people ate. Sweets are just delicious: various soufflé s, puddings, baklava, cookies, cakes, chocolate-covered banana, apples with cinnamon and raisins. Fruits: plums, dates, apples, peaches, watermelon, melon, delicious figs, grapes. And all the food is always available, such that there was an empty tray or bowl, I personally have not seen. You can take drinks yourself or ask the waiter to bring them. The coffee machine in the restaurant is great, all kinds of coffee and chocolate for the kids. The main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the upstairs lobby, any drinks are poured around the clock and bottled water is provided in any quantity. From the Club side there is a food court where you can have a snack throughout the day and ice cream in the afternoon. Pizza, burgers, fries, waffles and pancakes, sandwiches, drinks. The most pleasant administrator and cheerful boys at the distribution. Goodies! Very clean, but hot of course, because. all outdoors. There are many bars in the area. Somewhere I read in reviews that not all bars are available to tourists of the Park and Club. Not true! Everything is accessible except the lobby and the main restaurants. Children in general are all with the same Beach bracelets. In bars, everything is standard - cocktails, beer, juices, chic coffee. Bartenders with jokes, but mostly good, adequate guys. Sometimes they joke, sometimes they are already very tired, which is understandable. But they do their job, so no complaints here. There is a ping-pong table in the bar near the pool of the Park, you can play, there is no tension and no queue.
Beach. Just huge, lots of space, new light sun loungers, enough umbrellas, a bar nearby. The pontoon is about 800-900 meters, but there is a large area for swimming from the shore with a gentle sandy entrance. The depth there at low tide is waist-deep, at high tide it is chest-deep. The kids are great. You can watch fish with a mask or just lie on the water. On the pier, the lifeguard has masks, snorkels, vests, armlets. There are sun loungers, but there is no shade at all. The pier is long, but it’s not hard to walk, we walked every other day, we watched the fish. The current is strong and the wave, it is necessary to calculate the forces. The beach is not as clean as we would like. The wind brought bottles, glasses, straws along the shore. Sometimes in the morning I had to put things in order myself - this is a minus for the cleaners.
Entertainment. There are practically none, the hotel is absolutely family-run, young people will get bored before the evening. We had quite enough yoga in the afternoon, water aerobics and Zumba by the pool. From the children's we went only to the mini-disco, I won't say anything about the club except that it is there)). Children hang out on slides, in pools and on the beach. Slides are cool, there was enough for everyone. Lifeguards on the slides and by the pools are constantly watching, especially for children. In the evening, live music is played on the terrace, sometimes they sing. In the amphitheater, a show or a belly dance - not really somehow, went a couple of times. At 23.00 exactly the music turns off and the hotel is full of "lights out".

Tours. Our tour operator was TUI. Mohammed did not like the guide at the hotel, he was a very self-satisfied type. We took two excursions - the crocodile show and the White Island. He wrote the dates of the excursions, took the money, said: I will send checks to the room with the time of departure. I changed the dates to what I wanted, nonsense is shorter. In the evening we arrive late to the room - under the door is a piece of paper "Tomorrow at 8.00 you have an excursion. " I am writing to the guide why tomorrow? Answers that then this excursion will not be. In general, this is not the first time we have traveled with TUI, but this is the first time. The crocodile show sucks, I don't recommend it. To go far, it is better to go to the dolphinarium once again. White Island, of course, super! The guide was excellent, although also TUI, the team on the boat is also super.
