My friends and I got to the hotel at 8:45 p. m. We were put on bracelets and immediately sent to dinner. In the restaurant, they tried to feed us everything that was available, they offered us all the dishes, and we only had time to refuse. We ate until 9:30 p. m. and no one made it clear with a word or facial expression that dinner was only until 9 p. m. and we were detaining the waiters and cooks. There are only smiles and wishes for a good rest on the faces.
The smile of the staff accompanied us throughout the rest. Never, anywhere did we feel unnecessary or redundant. They always came to our aid, always cheered us up and wished us a good rest.
Animation. At exactly 10:00 a. m. the boys and girls started their work. You could check the clocks on them. Charging, yoga, aqua aerobics, volleyball, darts and a lot of other things. They invited everyone, but were not intrusive, which was important to me. They politely invited, told about the whole program for the day, but treated with respect if you just wanted to lie down, swim and sunbathe.
Food. Comrade is not everyone's color and taste. But always 2 types of chicken, 2 types of fish, beef, lamb, fresh vegetables, pastries, fresh fruits, vegetables. Shrimp, squid, grill. It was more than enough for us. Many thanks to all the restaurant staff. If you don't have enough of something, then you are really gluttonous. I'm on a diet at home, because I brought extra kilograms. It was impossible to give up some dishes.
Cleaning. Linen and towels were changed every day. Shampoo, soap and shower gel were also added. I did not wipe all surfaces with a white handkerchief to look for dust.
I didn't come to rest for that.
I am grateful to the employees who cleaned, cooked, washed and did everything for me that my vacation was wonderful.

The territory is old, the furniture in the rooms is also very old, the curtains are torn, the plumbing is in the same condition.
But there is always hot water, clean bedding, and good Wi-Fi throughout.
Cleaned every day, if you ask them not to do it, they don't do it. The only thing is - take flypapers for flies from home.
The food is homemade. Don't expect lobsters with shrimp here. You definitely won't leave hungry.

If you are not a fan of taking a sun lounger at 5 in the morning, then you should not go here, because when you come to the beach by 8, at best you will relax on neighboring sun loungers and under the same umbrella with strangers. In times of covid, this is quite strange. And in neighboring hotels there is no such problem at all. There at any time there were free umbrellas and sun loungers and not as dead as in the Promenade. At the Promenade, people would put the stirrup in their fingers if they tried to move the sun lounger.
Towels began to be issued at half past ten in the morning, when some people were already leaving the beach. Then they began to give out at 9. Towels are not changed during the day.
Water is provided on the beach from 10 am. There is only one bottle in the room upon check-in.
Next, be careful when checking in. Promenade Mountain is a hotel on the second line across the road, a Beach on the first. There were cases when people come to Beach, and they were settled in Mountain. The Beach hotel is more expensive, the food is better there, and tourists who want to move from Mountain to Beach are charged an additional $ 40 per day.
Food is a separate issue. A meager choice on the second line, no one heard about the devices that need to be packed during the covid times. There were cases of poisoning. If you do not drink alcohol, then you can eat in this hotel mainly pastries. Maybe the food gets to the kitchen fresh, but what do you understand, the kitchen in the Mountain is a shack knocked down from the boards near the hotel. It’s hellish hell there and most likely the products just quickly become unusable.
Also, in the mornings near the reception, Promenade Mountain smells strongly of burnt food from the dining room, if you are sensitive to smells, you will experience discomfort.
The only thing I can say about Mountain is that the rooms are decent if you're lucky.

The territory is very well-groomed, it seems that a gardener is sitting under each bush. A lot of flowers, bushes, palm trees - everything blooms and pleases the eye. The cuisine is not bad, you will not be hungry, the chefs are trying to diversify the menu in moderation. Internet catches throughout the hotel. The main problem with this hotel is the management, or rather the lack of it. The three of us went, on the third attempt we were settled in a room for three. The first and second times they brought us to a double room, we had to return to the reception, and since we were in the second line, it was not very convenient, especially at 22-30 to run across the road.
Another problem on Saturday, Sunday, local youth come to buzz and if you are not lucky, you will be without sleep for a couple of nights. Although it is not entirely clear why to accommodate such vacationers nearby, when the hotel in the second line is loaded by 15 percent, and besides, to carry out renovation in the settlement area. And one more cant - vacationers of two hotels are served in one catering point and situations arise from time to time when there are no empty seats or they had to have dinner at 21-30. The main problem with this hotel is the management, or rather the lack of it. The three of us went, on the third attempt we were settled in a room for three. The first and second times they brought us to a double room, we had to return to the reception, and since we were in the second line, it was not very convenient, especially at 22-30 to run across the road.
Another problem on Saturday, Sunday, local youth come to buzz and if you are not lucky, you will be without sleep for a couple of nights. And so, there was nothing critical. The hotel is located in Naama Bay, there is a sandy beach, which is very convenient for families with children. You need to carefully plan whether you will go to Cairo or not, otherwise there may be problems when applying for a visa. And so, everything is quite wonderful.
