When I put together the picture (expectation / reality) from what is presented on the sites, it indicated a heated pool (but it was not), there were problems with the door (they stopped opening). Initially there was no fridge in the room. I asked the administrator to resolve this issue, but until the end of the holiday this was not resolved. The location is great, the beach is great. And so, there was nothing critical. The hotel is located in Naama Bay, there is a sandy beach, which is very convenient for families with children.
