Here, having returned to the reception, we received an answer that your tour does not provide for the presence of a 3rd bed. And in general, in the evening there will be a meeting with your guide - all questions to him. In the evening, the guide did not decide anything (and did not decide, his business was to sell trips at triple prices), he said that in 2 + 1 tours the presence of a 3rd bed is at the discretion of the hotel. Well, let's go somehow to be accommodated, upon closer examination, the bedding turned out to be not changed - with someone else's hair and dirty spots. LIFE HACK. In a 15min leisurely walk (to the left of the hotel) there is Reef Beach. Quite spacious and you can see the fish. Entrance there is $3. But for the OldVic hotel (it's across the street from Verginia), they sell tickets there at the reception for $ 1.5. The first time I went there myself and bought tickets, the second time they refused to sell, saying that it was only for their guests. Apparently the Arabs lived there, it suited them. The electric door lock of the room was so dangling that it was about to fall out, the safe in the room did not work. We filmed everything on a smartphone and went to communicate with the administration, the linen was changed, the safe and the door were subdued (it was influenced by the fact that I showed the owner the video).
It seems that the hotel is not ready and was not going to accept Europeans, when I went to the bar during lunch and asked for alcohol, the bartender replied that alcohol was chargeable and left somewhere. In the evening, when meeting with the hotel guide, we asked to find out why we are not given alcoholic drinks if we have all inclusive. The hotel guide assured that, according to the concept of the hotel, they should give alcoholic drinks and provide a bus to the beach. The bus that was supposed to pick us up from the beach did not arrive, and in order not to be left without lunch, we went by taxi. Upon arrival at the hotel after lunch we were settled. The rooms are known to us, nothing has changed for the better, they require a lot of renovation. The wife saw the bed, was horrified, the bed was dirty with traces of sweat and hair, only one sheet. Apparently the Arabs lived there, it suited them. The electric door lock of the room was so dangling that it was about to fall out, the safe in the room did not work. We filmed everything on a smartphone and went to communicate with the administration, the linen was changed, the safe and the door were subdued (it was influenced by the fact that I showed the owner the video).
It seems that the hotel is not ready and was not going to accept Europeans, when I went to the bar during lunch and asked for alcohol, the bartender replied that alcohol was chargeable and left somewhere. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, according to the concept of the hotel, we were not supposed to have breakfast on the day of arrival and lunch on the day of departure. This was a big disappointment for us. We were offered coffee for breakfast, thanks and on this, we bought lunch on the day of departure for $ 7 / person. They settled us immediately, and not at 14:00 according to the rules. There was no charge for early check-in. We got a great room, on the second floor overlooking the pool.

From the list of provided dishes, you can make your choice. The food is fresh, well prepared. The bar did not have light alcohol, namely wine. It's not scary, they managed with those drinks that were available.
I really want to highlight the work of the staff. All the guys are smiling, helpful, very friendly. None of you are squeezing "one dollar". In general, I would like to note that Egypt has grown great in terms of service and attitude towards tourists over the past 4 years. Less and less "wildness" more and more restraint.
Oh, yes... you need to write about the shortcomings too. I don’t know if the location of the hotel on the third coastline can be attributed to the shortcomings. Buses carried tourists regularly and punctually. But we, three active mature women, preferred to go to the beach (and sometimes from the beach) on foot in order to maintain our physical form. It took us 40 minutes to get to the sandy beach.
We were quite satisfied with our holiday. Being mature people and having a fairly rich experience of travelers, we believe that cleanliness, friendliness, quality food and good treatment are worth much more than a huge territory, tons of inedible food and rivers of some special (non-local) alcohol.
PS Another nice bonus: the hotel has a spa where you can get a course of massage and other procedures. Considering the long and cold evenings of winter Egypt, this is a big plus.
