Hotel ratings by criteria:
We stayed at this hotel from November 15-22.2015. This is the period when Russians are not allowed to fly to Egypt. As a result, there are some pros and cons. So, in order:

Transfer from the airport to the hotel took 3.5 hours, - minibus
We arrived at the hotel at 23.30. I would like to note that in connection with the terrorist attack, security measures have been strengthened: I have never seen such an inspection of luggage, hand luggage and personal belongings in all my 7 visits to Egypt. But I consider it a necessity.

Check-in was quick, but it turned out to be an embarrassment: we needed two beds, not one single bed, to which the hotel administration reacted strangely, given the virtual absence of guests in the hotel. We were informed that there is no clean room with two beds at the moment, but we will be adding another bed to the room with a single bed.

When this folding bed was brought to the room, it became quite clear that it is not very comfortable for an adult to sleep on this bed: there are bare metal bars at the head, the length of the bed is designed for a child. Separately, I would like to note that by the time we arrived at the hotel, the restaurant was already closed, so within literally 15 minutes they brought a light snack in the form of a bit of sausage, a bit of cheese, a bit of cucumber (100 grams each), bread, there were a couple of bananas, guava and a couple of oranges.

The next day, to my question about the room, the administrator at the reception, Muhamed, was pleased that, as a bonus for the inconvenience, the hotel would change our room in the main building with a sea view to a room in the Nelson Village bungalow. Moreover, we were given the opportunity to choose a room, which we did. I would like to note the work of Mukhamed: all our few requests were resolved quickly and efficiently.

During the rest everything was smooth and measured.
From the advantages of the hotel:
- excellent territory (compact, but not small, green, cozy and understandable), the sea is calm with an excellent gentle entrance with corals and beautiful fish
- the proximity of Israel for excursions, magnificent views from all rooms (a unique location: being in Egypt you see Israel, Jordan and Saudi Arabia at the same time), a very bright and exciting evening panorama of millions of lights of the coast
- calm and friendly atmosphere in the hotel. I would like to say special thanks to the girl Sarah, who always greets guests at the entrance to the restaurant with the most sincere smile, to the guys in the restaurant itself - everything is always fast and high quality, as well as to the bartender Akram - a friendly and sincere guy.
Of the minuses:
- ignorance of the Russian language by the staff (literally 5 people from the staff could speak Russian; it's a pity that even the animators are all Egyptians, they know two Russian words each)
- the presence of a large number of flies and mosquitoes in the hotel, which disturb the beach during the day and do not allow you to sleep peacefully at night. Our Reid has practically no effect on mosquitoes. They poisoned mosquitoes once a week (possibly out of economy) and that evening when a group of Russians 120 people drove through Israel.

Relatively weak menu for an Egyptian 5 * hotel: this was mentioned in previous reviews. We didn’t go hungry, but I would like more (I know from experience how it happens).

I repeat once again that our vacation took place in a very difficult period for Egypt: 5 days of our vacation on the beach there were 30 people vacationing. Of the hotel guests during the day - tourists from Ukraine, several foreigners, at night the hotel was replenished with transit tourists from Israel to Egypt, mostly Indians. On the weekends, small groups of Arabs came.
The hotel is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday or as a base for traveling to nearby attractions in four countries.

Have a good rest!
