Let's start in order - we rested with my wife together from 27.07 - 8.08, we lived on the 5th floor, we were placed immediately upon arrival very quickly, there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception and in the restaurant, the rooms are large and all with balconies there are balconies overlooking the sea and mountains and there are balconies overlooking the pool and the sea, we came across with a view of the sea and the pool, I immediately say that the hotel is quite modern (see photo) new furniture and decoration in the room, excellent bathroom, spacious wardrobe, large room and large balcony , the room has a hairdryer, a safe (24 euros and 10 deposits), a TV, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a large bed and two bedside tables (see. photo), on the balcony there are 2 armchairs and a table, room cleaning every day, linen change 2 times a week - the room is excellent, believe me, like the hotel! The hotel has a large hall at the reception, 3 lounges, a conference room, a large bar and a large restaurant where everyone eats, 1 large pool in the hotel on the -1 floor, you need to buy hats at the reception or go with your own, a large pool outside, jacuzzi and 1 more children's pool, there are also 2 children's rooms with animators (at one time I had the impression that this hotel was made for children at all), a gym and a lot of entertainment and game tables (billiards, air hockey, slot machines for different ages and tastes, table tennis, etc. in short a lot). Now food - for those who are not very gluttonous, I strongly do not recommend taking full board, believe me it will be a lot for you - I recommend taking lunch and dinner or breakfast and dinner (unfortunately breakfasts are all monotonous, but there are no lunches and dinners, sorry for the truth) every day the kitchen changes the diet depending on the day of the week, but again, except for breakfast (it’s better to sleep a little in the morning instead of breakfast, otherwise you will dream of this scrambled eggs for breakfast at home as it was with us). Cleaning daily, linen changed in a timely manner. The tips were taken. The children asked: “Is that all? ” We went to see and listen to flamenco. Do not compare with the performance in the Pyramid of Aron in Tenerife. We went to the thermal complex, warmed ourselves in the sauna, swam in beautiful pools with different water temperatures. We were able to shop. Of the minuses of the beach, a narrow line, in one place, a swim of 20 meters, found concrete blocks and reinforcement sticking out almost to the surface (although a day later this place was fenced). Of the pluses of the beach for me as a man, there are a lot of topless sunbathing lovers on weekends (minus sunbathing with whole families and you could watch the whole family dynasty from 18 to 60). The sea was cool, like in Tuapse, it cannot be compared with Turkey, which is probably why only Russians swam. It was a great holiday in Port Aventuro and in the water parks. The representative of Natalie Tour came instead of the stated 40 minutes, for 10 minutes, and therefore I bought all tours at the same price at the reception. Reception service was excellent. It used to happen that you enter the room, all the surfaces seem to be wiped, and under the bed there is dust and debris, the plumbing is washed carelessly - especially in Egypt. And in the future, we did not complain about the cleaning. And in general, if the staff smile, they are ready to help in everything and do everything.
