We rested in August 2009 with two children (girls 10 and 12 years old), all inclusive. Designed in Natalie Tours. The driver was Transaero. Both there and back flight was without problems and delays. The transfer to the hotel was also flawless. We arrived, and it was immediately pleasant - a Russian girl at the reception, designed and placed, treated everyone politely, with a smile. We got a large room with two double beds. The room is fresh, not shabby, beautiful furniture, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, etc. Toilet-bathroom with new plumbing, everything shines. It seems that after the departure of previous tourists, the room was carefully prepared. It used to happen that you enter the room, all the surfaces seem to be wiped, and under the bed there is dust and debris, the plumbing is washed carelessly - especially in Egypt. And in the future, we did not complain about the cleaning. And in general, if the staff smile, they are ready to help in everything and do everything.
The kitchen in the hotel with a varied menu, in which both fish and meat have taken their rightful place. Every day there were fresh fruits: melons, peaches, plums, grapes, etc. Red wine for lunch and dinner. The territory of the hotel is quite large. The pool is good, not crowded. Five minutes walk to the beach. Also close to a large market and railway station, convenient to travel to Barcelona. We rode twice, the children were left in a pirate club with Natalie's animators, and we arranged excursions for ourselves. It is very convenient, and the children play with the counselors all day long, and we planned the trip to our liking. In general, I can recommend this hotel, especially for those who have a rest with children.
