It is better not to take rooms in the park area, the compressor or ventilation is noisy, there were cockroaches in the room on the first floor in the toilet and it would not hurt to wipe the mirror properly and the cabinet doors. Excluding that, everything else was fine.

The hotel is very small and quiet. The rooms, especially the singles, are very small. Bath - shower, toilet and sink, located on 2 square meters. m. But the room has everything you need and on the second day you get used to it and it seems very cozy. Cleaning - no complaints. Everything is clean, plenty of towels.

But the room has everything you need and on the second day you get used to it and it seems very cozy. Cleaning - no complaints. Everything is clean, plenty of towels. Cleaned mostly in the morning, when people are at breakfast.
The restaurant is also good, there is a veranda with a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset, but wasps interfere. Meals - the same breakfasts and varied dinners. In general, quite tasty and edible))
The beach is half pebbles, half platform. I like it. The water, however, is cold, but if you swim behind the fences, it becomes much warmer. Sunbeds are paid. 25 kunas: sunbed + towel for the whole day. Even on the beach you can buy food and drink on the little things. There are practically no young people. Mostly older couples.
bus number 4 runs to the Old Town every 20 minutes. In the old town there is a Latino club - I advise everyone.
There are a lot of foreign youth and a lot of people in general.
There is no animation, no entertainment, so in the evenings, legs in hand - and in the old city. There is a very good Gils restaurant there. Expensive, but the dishes - you will lick your fingers and the view is good. The music is very pleasant.
In general, Dubrovnik is the most beautiful city in Croatia. there is Cavtat nearby, but from it to Dubrovnik - almost an hour by bus. And the entertainment is mostly in the Old Town in Dubrovnik. The fortress walls are an obligatory part of the program. For all.
For young people - Latino club is the first stop, and then the whole vacation will go off with a bang! ) Cocktails everywhere are very tasty and quite expensive (40-80 kn).
There is also an eastwest beach club, but this is not for everyone, the music is not very good, no one dances, people come and go. Although the environment is good.
Croats in the markets and in taxis are very annoying and unceremonious. Everyone needs to be put in their place.
By the way, about a taxi - the maximum price in the city (for example, from the hotel to the old town and back) is 60 kunas, no more. On the first day, we were divorced by 100. It's a shame.
It is better to change money in a bank. On kraynyak, in the hotel. Paying euros in bars is more expensive for yourself.
That's all I wanted to say. Have a good rest everyone.

We rested in this hotel with my husband in the second half of July 2008. There were no problems during check-in. We were not asked to wait, we were immediately given the key. True, it was not entirely clear why at the reception we were offered the keys to a room with two beds. Still, even if we wear the rings on the wrong hand that they are, it is still logical that a boy and a girl will want to take one, but a large bed more than two, but small ones.

True, it was not entirely clear why at the reception we were offered the keys to a room with two beds. Still, even if we wear the rings on the wrong hand that they are, it is still logical that a boy and a girl will want to take one, but a large bed more than two, but small ones. Anyway. After the first request, they gave us a room that suited us. The view from the window was amazing. In Moscow, we booked a room with a view of the park, they gave it with a view of the sea on our own initiative. Didn't have to pay. The absence of an elevator is noticeable only if you have heavy luggage in your hands, and even if the room is located on the top (third) floor.
The room is larger than you might think. Hairdryer, mini-bar, TV-everything is there. There is even a small retractable clothes dryer on the balcony. A table with chairs is also available. The only downside is the very weak air conditioner. There is no safe in the room, only at the reception. In the common hall there is a table on which books left by vacationers are laid out. So if there is nothing to do on the beach, you can get enlightened.
The buffet is very decent in the evening. Well done, try to vary the dishes every evening. Morning meals are not so varied, although you can still choose something to your liking. In the evening you will have to pay for drinks separately. Without any problems, they prepare a dry breakfast for a quick hand for free on the days of excursions and on the day of departure.
The beach is not bad and big enough (for Croatia, don't expect it to be a huge beach like in Turkey, microscopic by our standards). A choice of pebble beach and concrete platform. Sun loungers and umbrellas for a fee. There is a beach bar. The bad news for vacationers is that all the beaches in Croatia are open to locals. So after five or six in the evening and on weekends it is not overcrowded.
Since the hotel is small, there is no pool. When their trademark bura blows, no one bathes, because the water becomes cold at the moment. So minus a couple of days of swimming. There is no gym or entertainment either. All this is in the other hotels of this chain, which are located nearby. Most likely for a fee. Of entertainment, only two evenings a week in the national style (musical performances).
The service is very good. The shower broke on the night of arrival. They fixed it quickly within five to ten minutes, and it was at one in the morning! The staff treats all guests well. The main thing is not to forget to leave a tip)
In order not to tire those who have reached this place further, I’ll say that I liked everything, this is an excellent hotel for a relaxing family holiday (youth is unlikely to like it, it’s too boring, although there are only 5 clubs in Dubrovnik itself, I think that Croatia is hardly intended at all for active parties). So if you choose this hotel, I think you will not be disappointed. Have a nice holiday.

We stayed in July 2007. The impression is twofold. Upon checking in, they asked us: "Are you Russians? Then we will explain to you in Croatian... " Then, after 15 minutes of drunkenness, they remembered English, in which they conveyed the information to us that we would have to wait out the night in another hotel, because this one is crowded, it's worth note that we ordered the number for a month.

In the morning, at the first call, as promised, they brought us back... The smiling manager wildly apologized and asked to wait for the room for 30 minutes... Then another 30... Then an hour. Shorty, only at 4 pm we moved in. As it turned out later, they told our guide that we had already been settled in the room since the very morning... In short, one and a half days out of 2 weeks passed in anticipation of the room. Insanely tiring. Moreover, we were told a sentimental story about a woman who did not vacate her room when she got to the hospital... Then they told this story to all foreigners who were asked almost daily to wait a day or two in a nearby hotel, which I was an unwitting witness.
Regarding the hotel. . . It consists of more than 59 bookleted rooms. The park is beautiful, but small. . . Before our eyes, a pine tree fell on a woman when she was peacefully drinking coffee in a cafe. . . There was noise, screaming, police, an ambulance. Pretty annoying. Subsequently, all the witnesses of this bypassed all the trees...
All and sundry go along the side path to the park and the beach. A bunch of people from other hotels that occupy an already small beach... Even in the evenings - a crowd of local residents. Very noisy and uncomfortable. It is almost impossible to go into the sea, because. there the locals make noise, shout... They rejoice. And tourists displeasedly contemplate this action.
Sunbeds, umbrellas, coasters - everything is paid. 1 sunbed - 25 kn. . . Umbrella, I think, 20.
We had a room with a sea view. Beautiful, I do not argue. Moreover, it is quite clean. We didn't even have to pay for broken hotel glasses in the room. Weird. . .
Meals: breakfast-dinner. Buffet. In the evening it is quite normal, in the morning only cereal and eggs. But this is not the most important thing, because. There are a lot of cafes around where you can have a bite to eat.
There is a bus stop next to the hotel (right on the road in yellow letters it says BUS-stop or just bus), so you shouldn’t go, as all advertising brochures say, to the Uvala hotel for 300 meters to take a bus to the old city, but you just need climb the stairs from the main entrance and cross the road.
In general, the impressions are twofold: nature, interesting excursions and disgusting service. Perhaps they are simply not used to losing 1-2 days of paid vacation due to 2 lack of places"
