Affordable, clean hotel. Not far from the ski lift, only 150 meters. The room is bright, spacious enough, with a view of the mountains. From furniture: two single beds made up together; two bedside tables; a desk with a mini-fridge inside and a TV on the table; wardrobe; chair; one chair; hanger, and under it a shelf-table.

On the balcony there is a table and two chairs.
Bathroom combined. Shower cabin without a tray, in the middle of the cabin there is just a drain in the floor.
There is wi-fi on the floor and a little bit from the lobby.
Our breakfast was included. For breakfast in a buffet order: scrambled eggs (one fried egg), although it was hard-boiled; boiled sausage; baked sausage; toast; sliced ham; slicing hard cheese; cubes of soft cheese (such as cheese); sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, kiwi, orange and apple; olives; from baking - gingerbread, muffins and pies with salty cheese (such as cheese); bread cut for toast; a toaster (very pleased), packaged butter, strawberry confiture and honey were attached to the toasts; orange fresh (concentrated); tea; coffee; milk and kisele mlyako (local yogurt), as well as quick breakfasts in the form of chocolate balls and classic cereals to choose from.
Now about the shortcomings: poor sound insulation - "walking" Europeans returned late and clamored on the stairs, it made it very difficult to sleep.
Although there was Wi-Fi, it was very slow, once they asked to restart the router.
Cleaning - in general, the room is clean, we did not screw up. My wife and I do not like strong tea or coffee, we can brew one tea bag several times or divide coffee in sticks into two doses. If these things are left on the table for consumption later (do not throw them anywhere, but put them in a glass), then they will simply be thrown away - it was very depressing.
Hot water - it is, but sometimes it is difficult to get it, sometimes it was necessary to drain a lot. Or we did not understand the principle of operation of the heater.
We forgot about all the hardships on the day of departure. We left before breakfast, the representative of our tour agent suggested asking for a "packed lunch". Each dry ration included three sandwiches with butter and ham, half a cucumber, portioned processed cheese, all this was neatly packed in a vessel and folded into a bag. They also put an orange and a half-liter bottle of water in the bag. Such a ration was enough for us for several hours of waiting before the plane, a two-hour flight, customs clearance and a half-hour trip by train.
Despite the small minuses, my wife and I liked it, and you decide for yourself.

This hotel was selected by an agency. The first was at a ski resort. Loved it - especially the hotel. The owner of the hotel Elena is a wonderful person in every way. The hotel is homely cozy - there were even days when we spent the whole day in it, talking with the hostess and other guests, looking at the fish, decoration.

Very good Internet, while it is also free.
There was such a case - my husband went down the mountain unsuccessfully (to put it mildly), the Germans helped him a lot on the track - very friendly people, at the hotel I asked about ice, Elena immediately gave ice and came to the room with me, phoned a friend ( we had a tour with insurance), brought us a flexible bandage, and made us go to the doctor the next morning.
When we were leaving, she asked to leave the room until 12, as there was a new check-in and she did not want people to wait - we, of course, complied with the request, like other guests - we had a great time with them in the lobby with tea, Internet and etc. Among the new guests was a guy who had previously been in this hotel 2 years ago, he broke his leg on the highway, and the room they lived in did not suit him, so Elena changed their room to a better one and at no extra charge, and also assisted with nursing and doctors.
In general, I liked everything - the resort, instructors, trails, hotel, excursions.

Rested in January 2011 together with her husband. The hotel was chosen on the Internet and the recommendations of the tour operator. We were very warmly welcomed and we never regretted our choice. The hostess Elena and the administrator Maria became our friends during the stay and I think in the future. No problems, all wishes were satisfied.

The rooms are good, cleaning is daily. free of charge. Breakfast is normal. There is a dryer and ski storage room. We fell in love with Bulgaria, Bansko and the Baryakov hotel.
