And the fact that the ticket is fully paid for Sunday, including the treatment, which is not available...is not taken into account at all.
So the well-known and respected sanatorium Morshina can now be compared in terms of quality with inexpensive economy class establishments.
It is a pity that the reputation, which has been earned for years, is being destroyed at the same time.
Apparently, people who follow this have changed and do not understand that such institutions should nurture relationships with their regular customers, and not push them away and disappoint them.

When I paid money for an ultrasound of the thyroid gland, a woman standing next to me dissuaded me from doing it, because last year she had the same situation: they said that the node, and when they arrived home, nothing was examined. The attending physician also leaves much to be desired! Meals for 4- monotonous even for 2 weeks tired. And portions for women are normal, but a man is not quite full! But it is very warm, there is a huge heating battery, it is warm in the corridors too. Many aquariums, birds in the dining room and halls, wide stairs. everywhere is clean and tidy. Near the resort there is a mini-zoo. Very polite staff from security to nurses and waiters. Good and sufficient nutrition, taking into account individual food intolerances. Few procedures are free, there are very expensive ones, such as clay wraps. It is better to ask for prices right away, so as not to be in an awkward position later. It is not allowed to transfer the time of the procedure, although if you warn in advance, they sometimes meet halfway. I consider the complete absence of a cultural program at the sanatorium to be a disadvantage. There are many tour agencies in Morshyn itself. . We went to Transcarpathia, an interesting excursion, many thanks to the very good guide Natalya Fedorovna. By the way, on the day of the tour you can take dry rations in the dining room. There is nothing more to do in Morshyn, unless of course you are a fan of gop-hop-hop discotheques and local talents. Especially terrible movie theater.
