The hotel was chosen based on the fact that rested with a child. In this sense, everything is just wonderful: a well-groomed green area where white rabbits run; mini-club with wonderful children's animation (you can leave the child and relax, ours was still small and we did not do this); A steam locomotive runs around the territory - fun for both adults and children.

I would rate this hotel 6.5. Bad cleaning. The bungalow rooms are a bit tired. At the beginning of the week, one maid cleaned us and everything was super. He approached the reception and they told him in Turkish: that in the Bungalow we will only accommodate Russia and Ukraine in the main building, but I understand Turkish and, of course, I tell him indignantly about this. I say - but we canceled the reservation of the restaurant and did not eat in it, to which they show me an invoice with a list of everything that we "as if ate" and at the bottom is my painting. I was not just shocked... how did it happen that my signature was on the check? I signed only in the journal that I confirm the cancellation of the reservation! But as I understand it, they have a carbon copy there and they automatically put my signature on the check. Naturally, I did not agree with this fraud and asked to invite the hotel manager, they called him and handed me the phone. What does he say to me: What are you thinking that you are the smartest?? ? Pokushyalya and you don’t want to cry ?? ? I have never met such rudeness anywhere else (((I asked to look at the cameras of the restaurant where we eat everything that was listed on the check, but no one wanted to listen to me. Was in this hotel for the third time. Decided to save money. I took a room not in the main building but in a bungalow and this is the result. The difference between a bungalow and a room in the main building is 27t. r. Everything in the room worked but there were no blankets. We are all used to hiding. Asked to bring 2 times. Result 0. I had to go to the representative of the annex tour and with him to the reception. For the third time, after 30 minutes, everything worked. The presence of working pigs at the reception was confirmed a second time.
