Professional staff, diligently fulfill their duties, there is no rudeness, arrogance, only hospitality and courtesy on their part. There is parking on site which is very convenient. Wifi works flawlessly. Good gym. At work, we often had to use conference rooms and equipment. On the last day we also found out about the massage service and used it - loved it. Booked two separate rooms. Compact, bright, clean. The beds are large, good TV, international telephone, air conditioning, mini-bar. Bathroom with all amenities, towels, slippers, soap. Cleaned up with good quality. Breakfast included in the price was enough to start the day well. Omelet, scrambled eggs, porridge, cheese, cold cuts, pastries, fruits, vegetables, coffee. It is convenient to get from the hotel to anywhere in the city. I can recommend the hotel, it's worth its 4 *.

I didn’t like a lot: dark rooms (ground floor), poor and tasteless breakfasts, poor room equipment: in a room where 5 people are supposed to be accommodated - there are no dishes, a kettle, one chair, one hanger in the closet, one thorn in the bath, instead of a duvet cover - a small sheet, instead of a blanket - a badly smelling blanket (which still had to be begged at the reception), mold in the bathroom, central air conditioning Glasses had to be asked at the bar The location is far from the center and metro (taxi costs), but opposite the bus station with the appropriate contingent The guests are mostly Arabs and Iranians.
