Ужасный сервис Terrible service

I didn’t like a lot: dark rooms (ground floor), poor and tasteless breakfasts, poor room equipment: in a room where 5 people are supposed to be accommodated - there are no dishes, a kettle, one chair, one hanger in the closet, one thorn in the bath, instead of a duvet cover - a small sheet, instead of a blanket - a badly smelling blanket (which still had to be begged at the reception), mold in the bathroom, central air conditioning
Glasses had to be asked at the bar
The location is far from the center and metro (taxi costs), but opposite the bus station with the appropriate contingent
The guests are mostly Arabs and Iranians.
But the worst of all was the service - they tried to move us to the worst room in the middle of the stay, arguing that at the beginning, due to the employment of our room, they gave us a more expensive one. That is, another number is even more terrible
After our refusal, they stopped cleaning the room
