HOTEL TERRITORY AND ROOM
The hotel consists of the main and 4 additional buildings. We lived in the Diagoras building. Despite the fact that the building is old, everything suited us and we were satisfied. We had a standard room with a sea view. The soundproofing is bad, but we had a family building, so it was ok and not noisy. Also, the elevator did not work in the building, but the hotel staff helped bring the suitcases to our room and carry them after check-out. Cleaned in the room every 2 days, also always replenished the gel and shampoo. Every day, 2 bottles of drinking water of 1.5 liters were left in the room.
There are information terminals in the lobby, where you can see the hotel map, entertainment program in Russian, sign up for a la carte restaurants (see below), etc. Free Wi-Fi is available almost throughout the hotel.
Hotel staff: friendly and professional staff at the reception, almost always one of them was Russian-speaking. In general the staff is very nice and polite. The staff in restaurants, bars, on the beach speaks English, but even those who do not know the language did not encounter difficulties.
BEACH
In our opinion, the beach is average in size. At the beginning of the holiday, when the hotel was not too full, there were no problems with the choice of sun loungers (we came at 8.00-9.00 in the morning and there was a sufficient selection of free sun loungers). Somewhere in the middle of the rest, many tourists arrived and, according to tradition, a large number of vacationers began to leave towels on sun loungers at 6 in the morning and returned only after 2-3 hours. There was a day when at 7 o'clock it was difficult to find a free place under an umbrella. Sun loungers in good condition (possibly new); beach towels could be changed every 2 days.
The entrance to the sea is convenient and comfortable. There are rocks in the depths, but that didn't bother us. The sea is clean and transparent.
NUTRITION
Upon entering the main restaurant, you will be asked to wear a mask (your own) and disposable gloves (provided). In the first days of our vacation, there were almost no long queues, only during peak hours sometimes up to 6-7 people gathered in line for food. However, later, due to the heavy workload of the hotel, there were queues at the entrance to the restaurant, but the hotel staff corrected this by opening an additional restaurant for dinner. The buffet is open, you can come and choose your own food. The choice of food is not bad, but for those who care about a wide variety of food every day, delicacies, then you are unlikely to find it. Everything suited us and we ate delicious (there was a choice of meat, fish, sometimes seafood). Also for the guests of the restaurant there is an opportunity to go to a la carte restaurants free of charge by appointment - 2 restaurants per week. There are restaurants serving Italian, Asian and Greek cuisine. You can register yourself in the lobby at the information terminal.
During the day, between the main meals, several bars with snacks and drinks are open for you, incl. and on the beach. Bars with alcoholic cocktails open in the evening from 17.00. As a bonus, there was ice cream all day long.
ANIMATION AND ENTERTAINMENT
The animation is very good, the program is interesting, every evening there are games, or competitions, or performances, etc. Also, the animation team was not intrusive and did not force you to participate in various activities during the day. There is a water slide on site.
The beach also had water activities (scooter, crazy sofa, etc. ) for an additional fee. We recommend to try, the experience is unforgettable, the employees are cool.
In general, we are very satisfied with the rest, therefore, only high ratings and we definitely recommend Amilia Mare for a vacation!

Internet is free throughout, even on the beach. The territory is shared by Amilia and Village. Big and green. There is everything you need to relax: swimming pools - one main and a bunch of smaller ones. There is a water slide. Several bars and restaurants. You can always drink and eat. The food is very tasty and varied. Always a large selection of fruits, vegetables and sweets. There were a lot of seafood. There were themed evenings: Mexican cuisine, etc. Ice cream all day, which could not but please the child. And for adults in the evening, various cocktails are made in the bar.

A train also goes on a sightseeing tour to Faliraki and back.

Disadvantages - cockroaches walked in the bathroom at night, upon entering the room they discovered that the air conditioning control did not work, they fixed it only the next day - they apologized for forgetting to clean the filter . . The TV brightness control was blocked on the remote control - the screen was dark, it was impossible to watch, fixed also on the second day. On the third day, they could not open the door to the room with a key card. We waited half an hour, the master came, replaced the batteries in the lock, apologized for forgetting to replace.
3. Very good cooks, they cooked deliciously, but the dishes were washed poorly, the glasses were greasy, knives and forks often smelled of fish. Apples, pears, plums and peaches were so unripe, even hammer nails with them. They came from the beach, the cleaning lady finished mopping the floor, not my hands took the mugs from which we drank water in the room, she carries it to the bathroom to wash. I had to explain to her not to touch the cup anymore. They had to deliver bottled mineral water to the rooms, but often they did it at 16-17 hours, and you need to drink in the heat, you had to go to the reception for water yourself.

There were cigarette butts lying in the sand of the beach, I have never seen the beach cleaned.
Conclusion: the hotel does not pull at 5 * - unsanitary conditions and breakdowns, irresponsible management - there are no warnings about the danger in the water. I reported on my return to Mouzenidis, received an empty reply.
I won’t have any more business with this company and I don’t advise anyone - to fight for such a hotel as for 5 * is just impudence.
