1. We wanted to relax in Rhodes. We contacted the travel agency Mouzenidis. Those recommended a 7 night tour - the Amilia Mare Family Resort, all inclusive, positioned as 5 *.
2. I liked the work of the cooks - they cooked deliciously. There were plenty of sunbeds. Always had access to ice cream and drinks.
3. Dignity - safe in the room. Disadvantages - cockroaches walked in the bathroom at night, upon entering the room they discovered that the air conditioning control did not work, they fixed it only the next day - they apologized for forgetting to clean the filter . . The TV brightness control was blocked on the remote control - the screen was dark, it was impossible to watch, fixed also on the second day. On the third day, they could not open the door to the room with a key card. We waited half an hour, the master came, replaced the batteries in the lock, apologized for forgetting to replace.

3. Very good cooks, they cooked deliciously, but the dishes were washed poorly, the glasses were greasy, knives and forks often smelled of fish. Apples, pears, plums and peaches were so unripe, even hammer nails with them. They came from the beach, the cleaning lady finished mopping the floor, not my hands took the mugs from which we drank water in the room, she carries it to the bathroom to wash. I had to explain to her not to touch the cup anymore. They had to deliver bottled mineral water to the rooms, but often they did it at 16-17 hours, and you need to drink in the heat, you had to go to the reception for water yourself.
4. On the first day I went swimming, about 20 meters from the stones. He swam breaststroke, under the water there was a stone 20-30 cm from the surface, he injured his right hand on it, they put 2 stitches. There were no danger signs or buoys. Then another tourist at about the same place on the beach took out broken glass and a beer can flattened with sharp ends from the water. There were cigarette butts lying in the sand of the beach, I have never seen the beach cleaned.
Conclusion: the hotel does not pull at 5 * - unsanitary conditions and breakdowns, irresponsible management - there are no warnings about the danger in the water. I reported on my return to Mouzenidis, received an empty reply.
I won’t have any more business with this company and I don’t advise anyone - to fight for such a hotel as for 5 * is just impudence.
