Pier Villa has a very good location, everything is just a few steps away, including the promenade. There are many interesting shops, cafes and restaurants. Friendly, but absolutely not knowing either Russian or English staff. Our communication with them, as a result, was as limited as possible. This is perhaps the only plus that was in this hotel. Everything else shocked me, I expected something else. The hotel is in need of a major overhaul. Everything creaks in the rooms, the plumbing is in a terrible state, everything is leaking, rattling, hissing, horror in general. I couldn't even wash properly. I was disappointed with the state of the hotel.
