In summary: yes, everything is close. The market is within walking distance, 2 city beaches, but... The windows overlook one of the main streets of the city. We arrived on the eve of the local elections and there was noise from the window until 3 am. Although this summer was not so touristy, I think that it can also be noisy in the regular season.
About updates: if I understood correctly, it concerned the apartments. We lived on the 3rd floor, and everything is simple there. In some places they greased it, patched it up and left it that way.
There was a hair dryer in the room and an iron on request. We bought a watermelon and asked for a knife downstairs, so the girl said that they only give out for apartment residents. Lifkah: dental floss perfectly cuts a watermelon)) Wi-Fi no, it was only near the toilet.
For 7 days they cleaned 1 time, towels were also changed 1 time.
For 3 stars, in principle, ok, but not more, that's for sure.

The room is very small for 2 adults with a child. There is a dryer and a table with chairs on the balcony, but you won't be able to sit there. Out of space. To drink tea, you need to bring the dryer into the room and then one person can sit on the balcony (and enjoy the view of the wall and the rusty air conduit), and two people in the cramped room. Between the beds there is a refrigerator that howls and gurgles in the ear all night. And all the repairs made a couple of months ago are already falling apart.
They clean the room once a week, so you need to take out the trash yourself. You can’t sleep with the window open, it’s very noisy from the street and the road. But sleeping with a conder is not an option, as it blows directly on the child, and beats at you from the jumper on the ceiling. The staff smiles sweetly but does nothing to help you. The shower rack was rotten and they said the master would come now. So before leaving, no one came. The TV does not show anything at all. They also said now we will decide and silence. There is no patio.

We were settled in this villa Pierre not of our own free will, but for unknown reasons, which we were never told by Join Up. This is not the first time in Montenegro and Budva and there is something to compare with. This villa is just amazing! This is not the first time in Montenegro and Budva and there is something to compare with. This villa is just amazing! Repairs and good cleaning are required, one gets the feeling that the rooms are never cleaned at all, but they just let new people in and make another bed for them. All furniture is dusty and stained. It's disgusting to put something on the table. The room has a shabby air conditioner, refrigerator, dirty dishes. But the worst thing is the toilet and shower! We have a huge brown spot on the ceiling, most likely flooded from the top floor, and unfortunately the owners have not yet had time to prepare for the season and eliminate it. The toilet stinks of sewerage and you constantly have to sniff other people's poop, sorry for the expression, but that's the way it is! The audibility is terrible, only one of the neighbors goes to the toilet, as we are already aware of this both in terms of smell and noise!
There is Internet, but not very good, buggy, so to speak, constantly disconnecting.
By location: the villa is located parallel to the market and the Mega Market, not far from the embankment. Noise from the street. The Pilon office is on the ground floor, there is always some kind of party and fuss going on, there is no adjacent territory near the villa, it is not possible to sit down on the ground floor in a “arbor type”. And a couple of words about Pilon: we took an excursion to Croatia, we liked everything, but they picked up an 80-year-old grandmother Katerina with two sticks as a guide! It was totally funny! She could barely walk, barely talk! In general, we made a tour for ourselves! ) I respect old age and perhaps professionalism, but it’s time for Katerina to retire! ) It was a tour for the age from 60 to 90 years old, boring, long, dreary, in the Soviet way! See the guide Katerina in Dubrovnik, don't waste your time, walk by yourself!
The owners of the villa themselves, as we understood, live on the second and first floors, when you pass by or see them on the floor, no one even says hello, I understand that they do not speak our language, but there is zero hospitality and cordiality!
There is also a sign from Bookinga with a rating of “9” in a frame on the floor! So proud and beautiful! Which 9? Zero here! And more complete!
Think very carefully before choosing this villa! Shut up and darkness! Last vacation in 2018, we lived further from the sea, also in a class b villa, but in a clean villa! with a friendly hostess and cleaning every day!

This is perhaps the only plus that was in this hotel. Everything else shocked me, I expected something else. The hotel is in need of a major overhaul. Everything creaks in the rooms, the plumbing is in a terrible state, everything is leaking, rattling, hissing, horror in general. I couldn't even wash properly. I was disappointed with the state of the hotel.

The hotel-villa is small but very neat. Everywhere clean and tidy. The rooms were cleaned 1 time in three days, as previously agreed.
The beach is close, fully equipped with everything you need. Sunbeds are paid, but you can also place on the bedspread.
Nice and comfortable stay, we enjoyed it very much

Planning a family vacation and reading reviews about the hotel, I concluded for myself that for our budget, the hotel is quite decent. The room on the third floor, for a family of three had everything you need. Electric kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, dryer on the balcony and even an iron and ironing board, towels, soap, one double bed and a third very comfortable large bed, which is important if the child is already a teenager, and not like in some hotels - small beds, balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains, very clean. … More ▾ Planning a family vacation and reading reviews about the hotel, I concluded for myself that for our budget, the hotel is quite decent. To the sea 5 minutes walk. Megamarket opposite, it really was the cheapest, as written in the reviews. You can arrange a promenade in any direction, even to the beach in Becici, even towards Jaz beach. On the ground floor is the Pilon travel agency, where all the guides are Russian-speaking. We used their services - we are very satisfied, especially since there is no need to go anywhere, they are taken right next to the hotel. Cleaning is really every three days, and not only when you release the room. If any wishes, such as plates or spoons, are added or removed in the room earlier, if necessary, they immediately fulfill. In general, we are very pleased that we stopped in Budva - it is really very convenient. At any time you can get to any city in Montenegro and travel on your own.

The ticket was ordered at the last moment, literally a week in advance, so the choice was small, there were no places in the villa where they wanted to go, we were offered Pierre, as the best of what was left. Read reviews, not impressed, so we went to the "white night" and expected the worst. So when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. Villa in the very center, just what we wanted, because we love to walk. The beach is literally 5 minutes away, 10 minutes to the old town, Mogren beach (which I recommend, since the nearest Slovensky beach is dirty and cramped) 15 minutes. Directly opposite, across the road, Mega Market (really the cheapest of all where we went) and the market (you must visit it if you want to buy fresh prosciutto, cheese, olives, wine, fruits, etc. ) They settled us on the first floor, without a balcony, everything was as promised. The room is clean, everything you need is there, even an ironing board and wash basins, who needs it. Yeah, there was even a broom for hostesses. Plus a kettle, plates, cups, etc. The room had pluses and minuses: the sun didn’t get in, so we didn’t use the air conditioner, and I always get a runny nose from it. So that's a plus. The downside is that there was nowhere and impossible to dry things, so they dried with an iron. But there is only one room on the ground floor in the main building, so you are unlikely to get it if you do not book at the last moment, like we did. Another big minus is Wi-Fi. Very weak. I had to go up to the third floor and sit in the stairway. Maybe the internet is better on higher floors. Do not know. But I heard a lot of reviews from residents of other villas and everyone complains that the Internet in Montenegro is bad, so if you really need it, immediately buy cards from local operators. They cleaned it once, on the third day, changed linen, towels, toilet paper, etc. For a 3-star villa, it's quite normal. Plus, we are neat people, so this is not a problem for us. If changing towels every day is obligatory for you, then you are definitely not here. Either to Turkey or choose more expensive options. On the ground floor there is Pilon agency, which is very convenient. From experience they were convinced that their excursions are the best. So I don’t recommend ordering on the beach (we went, we didn’t really like the organization, but then we went through Pilon and everything was super). The next moment is someone with children, it’s not a very good option, because it’s noisy at night, but for young people it’s great, there are discos nearby, all nightlife, it’s cool to walk in the evening. A big plus is that the villa is not on the mountain, as many villas are really located on the slopes, and in the heat below 40 you don’t really want to climb the mountain. All in all, you can go. For a 3 star villa, everything is quite normal. Telly, who likes to watch, but for example, I fall asleep well under it, so it’s important for me, it was good, plasma, 170 channels, there are Russians. The service is not obtrusive. When we checked in, a lady greeted us and showed us the room. We did not see anyone else (except for a short meeting with a Pilon representative on the day of arrival). leaving just left the keys in the door. So who does not like intrusive service, you are here. I recommend the villa, the price-quality ratio is normal, but I would not live on the ground floor for this money, we obviously overpaid a little because of the urgency. So my advice is to book in advance.

Opposite - a market and a supermarket, 3-4 minutes to the embankment. on foot, it takes about 15 minutes to go to Mogren, but this walk is a pleasure, because you walk along the sea. Regarding the noise from the embankment - yes, it is really noisy in the evening and at night, but it did not interfere with my sleep, because I was very tired during the day and slept "without hind legs. " But for families with small children, this can be a problem. In general, the villa was very satisfied!

We gathered spontaneously, we had to take a tape measure at the travel agency, so we didn’t know where we would get to. As a result, we were settled in Villa Pier. We were pleasantly surprised, expecting the worst!

The hostel is very conveniently located. Market, embankment, old town - everything is nearby.

I was a little surprised by the atmosphere of indifference reigning in PILON (the meeting party)))) Representatives of the tour operator did not look at our documents at all. No one showed us the number, they just said: “Your room is 5, third floor, the key is in the lock”, that’s actually the whole check-in procedure. No registration, no passport checks, no filling out cards ...Although, as for me, the less bureaucracy, the better.

The room is spacious, triple, large balcony, hefty TV set, normal bed. In the presence of a hairdryer, iron, dryer, kettle and a set of dishes. The air conditioner worked fine. And there is wi-fi in the room! The door in the shower did not close, but we got used to it))).
The safe was there but didn't work. Several times asked the owner and travel agency staff to fix the safe. As a result, a certain Igor came, thoughtfully scratched his beard and issued a verdict - you need to change the batteries! More, for 7 days of rest, we did not see Igor))) I had to close valuable things in a suitcase, with a lock.

The staff (as well as the service) at the hotel is not intrusive. No one disturbed us, which is nice. Cleaned and changed towels once a week. We were completely satisfied with this. In Turkey and Egypt, cleaners sometimes annoy me, here I didn’t see them at all.

No one informed us how the eviction from the hotel was going, in the end everything went in the best traditions of PILON))) We just left the room, leaving the key in the lock, went down to the street and got on the bus))))

I won’t write much about Budva, there is a lot of information about the city on the net. Transparent sea, beautiful mountains, friendly locals, excellent cuisine and reasonable prices… What else do you need for a holiday?
Findings:

1. You can safely go to Villa Pier to relax.
2. Montenegro is a pleasant country for recreation, which is worth visiting at least once.
