We were settled in this villa Pierre not of our own free will, but for unknown reasons, which we were never told by Join Up. This is not the first time in Montenegro and Budva and there is something to compare with. This villa is just amazing! Repairs and good cleaning are required, one gets the feeling that the rooms are never cleaned at all, but they just let new people in and make another bed for them. All furniture is dusty and stained. It's disgusting to put something on the table. The room has a shabby air conditioner, refrigerator, dirty dishes. But the worst thing is the toilet and shower! We have a huge brown spot on the ceiling, most likely flooded from the top floor, and unfortunately the owners have not yet had time to prepare for the season and eliminate it. The toilet stinks of sewerage and you constantly have to sniff other people's poop, sorry for the expression, but that's the way it is! The audibility is terrible, only one of the neighbors goes to the toilet, as we are already aware of this both in terms of smell and noise!
There is Internet, but not very good, buggy, so to speak, constantly disconnecting.
By location: the villa is located parallel to the market and the Mega Market, not far from the embankment. Noise from the street. The Pilon office is on the ground floor, there is always some kind of party and fuss going on, there is no adjacent territory near the villa, it is not possible to sit down on the ground floor in a “arbor type”. And a couple of words about Pilon: we took an excursion to Croatia, we liked everything, but they picked up an 80-year-old grandmother Katerina with two sticks as a guide! It was totally funny! She could barely walk, barely talk! In general, we made a tour for ourselves! ) I respect old age and perhaps professionalism, but it’s time for Katerina to retire! ) It was a tour for the age from 60 to 90 years old, boring, long, dreary, in the Soviet way! See the guide Katerina in Dubrovnik, don't waste your time, walk by yourself!

The owners of the villa themselves, as we understood, live on the second and first floors, when you pass by or see them on the floor, no one even says hello, I understand that they do not speak our language, but there is zero hospitality and cordiality!
There is also a sign from Bookinga with a rating of “9” in a frame on the floor! So proud and beautiful! Which 9? Zero here! And more complete!
Think very carefully before choosing this villa! Shut up and darkness! Last vacation in 2018, we lived further from the sea, also in a class b villa, but in a clean villa! with a friendly hostess and cleaning every day!
