The villa is located about 150 meters from the sea and consists of two houses of the same category. Not far from the villa is its own restaurant. The villa is located near the old town, shops, cafes, restaurants. Not suitable for a relaxing holiday.More →

1. The location is not bad, very close to the beach, walk 5 minutes across the road. There is also a restaurant in the villa.
2. We had breakfasts that did not change for a week: sausages, eggs, salads (not very), sweet pastries are very dry. Instead of bread, buns (there were both tasty and those that had to be left - just awful! ). For breakfast, on a 10-point system, you can put 5.
On a custom menu (lunch, dinner) for visitors to the villa, a 10% discount, which is nice. There were delicious soups, seafood, meat. We did not order sweets, so I can not say anything. We went to other restaurants - the food where we were - excellent.
3. The room was VERY!!!!! ! little. There is no room for two at all. And in such tightness there was a BIG floor air conditioner HORROR!!!!
Plumbing is not new, some rooms have broken washbasins. The toilet was good. We had a shower in our room, which did not close completely and the drain did not work. I had to turn off the water to let the water go, and then wash further.
Room cleaning took place every other day, which consisted of changing towels and taking out the trash. And be prepared to be given two Small Towels per person.
No big towels!
4. We had a view of the mountains - very beautiful!
5. The landlady is sweet, good-natured, which slightly covered the shortcomings.
6. Check-out takes place before 10.00. Consider it right away.
Considering that we spent very little time in the room, the villa more or less satisfied us, but I will not go there again and will not advise my friends.
And the most important thing is a positive mood, because the sea is wonderful, Budva is a great place to relax.

We lived in apartment number 20. Everything is cozy, clean, I was pleased with the safe, for which you do not have to pay extra, towels were changed every day. The terrace is large, the view of the sea and the island of St. Nicholas is simply amazing. Five minutes walk to the store and the market, or even less. Five to seven minutes to the beach (sunbeds and umbrellas were paid). The breakfasts at the Obala restaurant are excellent. I was struck by the variety of dishes: three or four types of salads, three types of egg dishes, potatoes, fried sausages, sausages, brisket, meat, cheese cuts, pastries (probably their own) also three or four types . . Every day some new salads appeared (once there was even a salad with cod liver - you will lick your fingers! ) And what a coffee!!! ! Can't put into words!! ! In general, thanks to the hotel "OBALA" and the restaurant "OBALA" for our quality and comfortable stay.
As for the impressions of Budva, they are also positive. We thought that there would be a problem with the beach (a place for your towels, sand, etc. ), that you would have to travel along the coast and look, but everything was ok. Slavic beach fully satisfied our needs. Right next to the restaurant "Obala" we sunbathed the whole period. I would like to warn fans of a quiet holiday: Budva is VERY noisy. The music in the evening is very loud and does not subside until one in the morning. So stock up on earplugs if you are sensitive to noise, you definitely won’t fall asleep without them?

Sun loungers and umbrellas are free for guests.
The apartments have relatively new furniture, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an electric kettle; There is a TV, hair dryer, safe, air conditioning.
The administration of "Obala Lux" does not provide a luggage storage room - just leave it under the stairs at the counter. In case of a late check-out, this is inconvenient, since check-out in Montenegrin hotels is early - from 10 am. Toilet and shower in this case, you also have to look for "on the side". The place is quite noisy during the season, as it is located in close proximity to the embankment.
I wish you all a pleasant holiday!

The hotel is not really a hotel, but just a hotel. There is no reception as such, only a small counter under the stairs, where most often no one is there and no one watches the keys. There is no reception as such, only a small counter under the stairs, where most often no one is there and no one watches the keys. And not even 3 * with the declared 4.
The rooms are empty and lifeless, with very little light. Yes, there is a condo and a hair dryer and a balcony, but they are very uncomfortable. The company was in 2 quadruple rooms. Feels like a concrete box. There is no television there. Internet catches weakly and in some parts of the room. In our room there was not a shower, but a bath, and there was no stand for a shower head and there was no curtain either. Washed as it is.
The territory of the hotel . . This is loudly said. Yard with a table. Nothing more. And everything was overgrown with a stupid plant that climbed into the eyes everywhere.
The cleaning lady comes once a day when she pleases. He doesn't understand Russian. And if at the time when she came you will be in the room, she will wipe where you are not and will leave and will not return. We got it like this: one day we were sitting on the veranda and she cleaned everything except the veranda, the next day we said that there was no need to clean, come tomorrow, tomorrow she came, but not on time (we were busy with business), asked her come later, but she did not come. Total 3 days we were dirty. Although the towels are changed every day. The beds are made simply and without much art. What is in the photo is if you pay money. By the way, money even accidentally left on the nightstand is a tip.
Soap, shampoo - do not wait. When we checked into the room, the kettle did not work for us, the door jamb was torn off and it did not close. I reported this to the cleaner, she chatted something on her with sad eyes and left. The next day she told me that everything was arranged, the kettle was new. By the way, the condensate from the air conditioner flowed straight onto the veranda, so there was always a puddle there. And it never got fixed.
And finally - the promised breakfasts. Firstly, the restaurant is located 200 meters from the hotel. There is a strange and unpleasant waiter. And breakfast is nothing. Nothing has ever changed. The food was left over from evening orders (potatoes, pasta in one container). There was almost no taste. Of the sweets, only a pie with jam and that's it. There are no fruits. Everything. There was nothing special. The breakfasts are terrible. And yes, no coffee! Only tea, water and juice. And no coffee for breakfast!
Beach. Umbrellas, sun loungers are free, but you don’t even want to go there for free. Coca-Cola umbrellas are crooked, broken. Everything is worth it. You lie down and rub your hand against your neighbor. The hotel's beach is small, a lot of people! And without a sunbed and an umbrella - only in a tiny area you can lie on someone else. You can't move sunbeds and umbrellas! "NO POSSIBLE" they shout to you! Beachgoers clog "their busty" the best places that you will never be allowed to. You can't go to the beach at night. They kick you out.
It is very noisy in the evening, because not far from the beach line where discos-bars are completely poked, in which different music plays at such a volume that even earplugs will not help. The darkness of the people in the evening. And sooo noisy.

Wonderful villa, good service, very clean. Cleaning and change of towels every day, change of linen 1 time in three days. Breakfast at the Obala restaurant is a buffet, for guests of the villa the use of sunbeds and umbrellas is free of charge. The sea is nearby, near a supermarket, a market. I would like to mention the restaurant manager Goro, the waiter Vladan, and also the waiter on the beach - Igor. … More ▾ Wonderful villa, good service, very clean. Pros:
- a large balcony with two tables.
-close to: sea, market, shops, Old Budva;
- clean and tidy;
- a lot of greenery near the hotel;
-reserved sun loungers on the beach;
- free Wi-Fi in the Obala restaurant;
Minuses:
-twice the hostess of the hotel (if I'm not mistaken Slavitsa) entered the room with a loud exclamation "ХХХЭЭЭЭЛАЛТООООУУУУу". At this moment, she was not expected. The first time she entered through the door without knocking. The second time her appearance was through the loggia.
-Breakfast included. Very scarce. Great variety of eggs. We only ate breakfast twice.
-there are no Russian-language TV channels;

The hotel has a representative of R-Tours, a beautiful girl Taisiya. Thank you very much. She helped, told, when the flight was delayed, she called back and warned. Thanks again.
Now about Montenegro itself. Tivat Airport spoiled the impression very much. Arriving, we stood in line and crowded to the customs control for about an HOUR and it's all in the heat !! ! Also of the minuses: there is garbage in the sea after lunch, and the beach reminded me of Anapa-84 (anthill).
What pleases: a good attitude towards visitors from Russia. Very beautiful area. Ancient cities. Lots of nice people. Cheap. Tasty.
I liked the Ostrog Monastery - really a place of power.

Even though it was a long time ago. . . Rested in Budva from August 13 to 27.2009. It just so happened that we lived in two places (9 nights at Villa Obala and 5 nights at Villa Harmony), but there was something to compare. Rested in Budva from August 13 to 27.2009. It just so happened that we lived in two places (9 nights at Villa Obala and 5 nights at Villa Harmony), but there was something to compare. At Villa Obala, we lived in house 1 in apartments, where there was everything you needed: a kitchenette, a hairdryer, a safe, a TV with one Russian-language channel, a terrace and a balcony. Cleaning and change of towels was carried out every day. The villa itself was located in the center of Budva (very convenient): near the post office, supermarket, not far from the beach. No noise disturbed sleep.
As for the beach: for the residents of the villa, sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge, there is also a restaurant with reasonable prices. Beach: sand, pebbles, the entrance to the water is convenient (compared to the neighboring beach, where there were stones at the bottom, and even sea urchins). The water in the sea was periodically not very clean (perhaps this is due to the large number of yachts), but warm. As for the staff, both in the villa and on the beach, they were quite friendly.
There is entertainment in Budva, but I would like more. Discos on the embankment and in the old town were open until one in the morning, and there are few nightclubs, and many of them featured local artists (this is already an amateur). We went to the disco (5-7 minutes by taxi) Miracle Lounge (now Top Hill). Pretty good, opened in July 2009, big dance floor. Every day there were themed parties. Worth a visit.
As for tourists: we met very few Russians, many Serbs, Italians, who strive to get to know each other.
As for food: in Obala we had breakfasts included (more or less assortment). In general, there are a lot of different cafes and restaurants in Budva, the assortment of dishes is the most diverse, there are a lot of seafood dishes, and very tasty ones. We tried to buy exactly them (there is no such thing at home). On the embankment, you could always eat a piece of pizza or a hamburger. It was inexpensive 1-2 euros, but you can eat normally, eat in the morning and don’t think about food until the evening.
As for prices: prices are higher than ours, but bearable. In principle, we did not deny ourselves anything in particular.
We went on an excursion to the Ostrog Monastery. The tour was bought on the embankment, because. the price is lower than offered at the villa. We didn't like it. The guide was so-so, she didn’t even leave her phone number, and as a result, we were forgotten on the mountain, we had to catch up with the bus by taxi. Emotions were naturally negative after such a trip.
After 9 days on Obala, we moved to Harmony. Impressions from this villa are not as bright as from the first one. Harmony is located on the outskirts of Budva. Not far from the sea, but we continued to walk to Obala Beach, although it was far to go. Living conditions were more modest: the room was smaller, there was no kitchenette (only a refrigerator and a kettle).

We paid for the ticket and before departure we received documents and a voucher, in which the Obala Lux hotel was located. To my question: "Why suite? " received an answer - this is another building nearby and even showed it on the Internet. Unfortunately, at that time there were no reviews about Obala Suite, and I decided that it was so. Looking ahead, I’ll say that this Obala luxury has nothing to do with that Obala.
We flew out on schedule, met us at the airport (that's right) and took us in a minivan with another family to the hotel. Moreover, they warned that the entrance there is difficult, the streets are tiny - so if we pass, it’s good, but if not, it’s on foot. By the way, when we left the hotel, we met the car on the road (I still remember going uphill with suitcases in the heat). The road to Budva (all transport passes through it) is about 10 minutes. quite a steep climb. But the sea is right in front of you through a pedestrian street, although the beach as such is two hundred meters on one side and 500 meters on the other. About the hotel itself. The room is 12 meters, in the middle there is a double bed on the left and on the right, see 30 to the wall (so that you can lower your legs to the floor, and not along the wall). There is also a closet without hangers, that is still junk, a condo with broken curtains, blowing straight into the bed and oblong a table with a built-in refrigerator and a telecom (small) on it. Shower / toilet Otpad - strictly for one bad! After a shower, there is a puddle on the floor - everything flows everywhere, no matter how carefully you try to use it. Everything was fine with hot water, only the pressure was very good. weak. There is only one outlet in the toilet. Balcony overlooking the street, the size of "to stand alone. " BUT! The funniest thing is there are no curtains! They hung a sheet). Rather, there are wooden blinds, but you can use them only if the balcony is closed, but you want air).
No one cares about you at the reception, they are not "fershtein" but a guide in the hotel - a cute girl who appears at 2 o'clock on schedule answered any question that she could not help in any way, that's how it is with them, oh, it's not like that in other places ? Well, you must! And I couldn’t even advise anything, it seems like she doesn’t know anything - only there are our excursions - that’s all.
YES, another attraction of the hotel - there is a sewer pipe running along the ceiling of the room - and every time your upstairs neighbors use the toilet, water leaks with a roar. It's good that our neighbors slept soundly at night).
Only woke up in the morning).
Breakfast sucks - some of the evening dishes (fried fish or meat) until it runs out, cheese, sausage, butter, fruit (often watermelon, sometimes melon), cereal. It's all the same. The coffee is terrible.
We went several times to Budva, looked at the old town and walked, very beautiful. It is a must to go on an excursion to the monastery of St. Vasily Ostrozhsky! Awesome!
in GENERAL, the hotel, of course, spoiled the picture, but who knew), and Obala cost money in Budva).
If you have questions - write, I will answer.

The room has 2 balconies with a good view (on one table and 3 chairs, you can drink coffee, have dinner on the balcony), there is a safe with instructions for use in Russian. Cleaning is very clean, towels are changed daily, bed sheets are changed every 3-4 days, while no tip is expected. Near the market, supermarket, post office, and all the restaurants of the coast.
And for those who are very dissatisfied (reviews above), I want to say: 1) some people want to get almost breakfast in bed for a penny. Pay more and relax in 5 stars on the Cote d'Azur.
2) you need to be aware that if you are staying at the very epicenter of the resort, then in any case there will be noise (disco music, cars, etc. )
3) Rest in a villa differs significantly from a hotel, everything here is somehow at home, very comfortable, calm, no one scurries past in crowds. Such a concept as "reception" is formal here, and all information is presented on stands and in folders. The villas are private and no one will sit there around the clock.
