Tibidabo is a mountain in the municipality of Barcelona. The mountain is popular with tourists, as it reveals a view of Barcelona. Nearby, on the mountain Pico de la Vilana, rises the tower-antenna Torre de Collserola, 288 m high. Barcelona metro line.

On the slopes of the mountain there is Tibidabo Park with an observation tower and attractions. At the top is the Temple of the Sacred Heart.

How to get there in the "off season", when there is no direct transport: from the metro station “Av. Tibidabo” (line L7) by bus 196 to the final stop. Then transfer to the funicular (Funicular del Tibidabo), which will take you directly to the mountain. The price of the funicular is 7.70 euros. Metro + bus are charged as one trip. Mount Tibidabo is the highest point in the city. It's definitely worth the climb for the views of the city! Plus, if you're into amusement parks, this is the very first amusement park in Spain with lots of old-fashioned carousels.→

Tibidabo is the highest point in Barcelona, ​ ​ if only for this reason it deserves special attention, and the view in front of you will be extraordinary. On the mountain there are rides, cafes and a large beautiful church, the temple of the Sacred Heart, which is crowned with a statue of Jesus with open arms to everyone. It seems that this church is visible from anywhere in the city. Very beautiful. You can climb the mountain by funicular, and get to it by bus or an old tram that runs on certain days.→
