The Raffles Hotel is a historic hotel built in a classic colonial style, located in the center of Singapore. The hotel was built in 1887 and named after the founder of Singapore, Sir Stamford Raffles. Construction completed in 1899. Architect - Regent Alfred John Bidwell.
The historic building of the hotel is one of the central attractions and a symbol of Singapore. The hotel includes an old tropical garden, a courtyard, a museum, and a Victorian theatre.
