The House for the Invalids is located on Kleparovskaya Street. It was built in 1863 with the money of the Austrian Emperor Franz Joseph in neo-Romanesque style. The building is built of red and yellow bricks, its facades are literally dotted with beautiful sculptures and bas-reliefs.

Currently, the main building of the Lviv University of Life Safety is located in the House for the Invalids.
