We are going to the Arcanus Side Resort in Side. Tell me, where is the best place to take excursions for rafting, a yacht, a jeep safari? Tour operator or local? If the latter, how to get there?

Definitely from the locals. Where to order? If you go out on the promenade in the evening, go towards Lake Tetriyengel (after leaving the hotel - to the right, TT, Paradise, Otium hotels) and walk about 1.5 km, you will find yourself in a shopping arcade (souvenirs, textiles, furs, etc. and several Travel Agents. Bargain , take brochures with prices, make a choice and safely order. They will pick you up at the hotel at the agreed time and also deliver you back. Be sure to visit Side and Manavgat ... Arrived yesterday from Turkey resting in Kemer. I do not advise you to buy trips at the hotel from our tour operator, they are on average $ 20-30 more expensive.
