As a traveler who has visited many countries and hotels, despite my boundless optimism and the ability to turn a blind eye to trifles, I can say with confidence: I have never seen a worse service and attitude towards tourists ANYWHERE. Save your nerves and go to another hotel, otherwise you, like me, after your holiday spent in SeHERe, will need another vacation upon your return! We rested from 26.08. 2015 to 05.09. 2015 with husband and 2 year old son.
Room: its condition and cleaning. The rooms are ordinary, at first glance you don’t see anything wrong, except for the bathroom - for some reason they considered it normal to hang wallpaper (? ? ?
) in the bathroom, which, naturally, due to high humidity, delaminate and move away from the walls. There were not enough towels, we made a remark and the next day the defect was corrected. Apparently, as in all average hotels, where cleaning is done, as they say, “for show”, the dust is not removed from any surfaces at all (see photo), the dust was wiped by itself, because it was impossible to breathe with my allergies. Okay, it's all tolerable. BUT! ! ! As for soundproofing (I see this for the first time), it is completely absent. If you or your child go to bed before 23-23.30 (before this time, the music is loudly yelling and karaoke is sung there), then you will have to stock up on earplugs or a bottle of motherwort. Daytime sleep, when there is a hubbub near the pool, this is a separate issue.
As you understand, our windows overlooked the pool, those whose windows overlooked the street said optimistically, “Well, it’s okay, after 3-4 in the morning the buses stop making noise and you can sleep peacefully. ” So I don't know where the lesser evil is.
Restaurant and food. The buffet for lunch and dinner consists of the following "divisions": a table with desserts (mainly consists of ordinary cakes and puddings, Turkish sweets are not spoiled every day); a table with fruits (melon and watermelon - near my house in a kiosk much tastier and riper; seasonal apples; once I saw figs and a couple of times peaches, which are snatched up in the first 15 minutes of dinner. Well, everything is honest - who has time, he ate). Well, that's all. Apart from the fact that you can apparently buy an orange juice for a couple of euros. (Apparently, they have their own vision of All inclusive); a table with hot (very monotonous, namely, chicken, turkey, stewed with various vegetables, fish - I tried it once and, sorry, spat it out, because
it had more bones than meat, spaghetti, pasta); a dietary table (consists of three dishes - boiled chicken, broccoli and peas with carrots), a children's table (horror. The same spaghetti was put there, french fries and nuggets are semi-finished products. Once I saw sausages there. That's all. besides nuggets and french fries?...: ) ), a stand with bread; and my favorite table with cold appetizers, half of which is a salad of tomatoes + cucumbers in different variations - with onions / parsley / sometimes arugula / various spices. This is really tasty, for a salad of cucumbers with tomatoes I put a solid 5, I basically ate it. For breakfast, everything is according to the standard - cereals, fruits, yogurts, rolls. And now the most interesting, with regards to the restaurant, which simply does not fit into my understanding of a 5-star hotel - TO FIND A CLEAN PLATE WITHOUT CHIPS, YOU HAVE TO WORK WELL.
I give my head for cutting off, that I am not exaggerating, I posted several photos that were taken on the last evening literally within 10 minutes and it was not difficult, because such dishes are everywhere and everywhere. This could not but upset every time, spoil the appetite and wonder - do I really have no right to eat from clean and whole dishes for this money? SHAME AND DISGRACE! ! ! ! In my presence, the man freaked out and broke the plate in half, trying to find a non-broken plate for his child. So if you suddenly get there, take dishes for the child with you for his safety, and for yourself at the same time, if you want to maintain a healthy appetite.
Also, as a mother, I couldn’t help but be upset by the fact that if you eat on the terrace (because it’s blown away by air conditioning in the hall), then Germans and Turks smoke around you at almost every table. As I was told, many foreigners choose this hotel, because.
its concept is that you can smoke outdoors anywhere, be it a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool or even a playground. And I went there because I thought that the concept of this hotel is a family vacation with children. For me, these two concepts are not very compatible, are they?
Animation. Pleasant guys from Russia and Ukraine were more than delicate. We did not strain those who do not want to participate in entertainment events, but organized leisure activities for those who want to have fun. Sports events were held during the day, mini disco and show time in the evening.
Beach. The hotel is on the second line. Walk 10-15 minutes to the beach along the river. As a hiker, this was no problem for me. But many were strained by this path, plus the smell from the river is really not very pleasant, to put it mildly. In the morning, however, turtles swim there, which you can feed with cheese.
The beach itself is not very clean, the water is full of algae, there are a lot of fish swimming that touch you when you are standing or swimming…. brrr. To swim in clear water, you must either cross the bridge to the left or go further along the coast to the right.
And now I will tell my story, which still does not fit in my head and in the heads of all the tourists who witnessed it. It is insanely unpleasant to experience it again, but I cannot help but describe it so that none of my compatriots will step on this rake and go to this disgusting hotel where vacationers are not protected from anything.
To begin with, the bar on the beach opens at 10.00, my 2-year-old child needed to take medicine, my husband went to ask for some water for the baby at 9.40 (it was already put on the counter), which was refused in a very rude form.
The husband, holding the child in one hand, took the camera with the other hand and wanted to film how the staff in this hotel treat vacationers and small children in particular. This was followed by a complete nightmare, the bartender tried to snatch the child, apparently to put him aside and not interfere with the impending showdown, the other, apparently a security guard, grabbed his husband by the hand, at this time the bartender grabbed the camera and smashed it to smithereens. I myself was at the sunbeds, unpacking things, I see - my husband comes to me without a camera, I immediately felt uneasy, he explained to me what happened, I ran to the bar in a panic, because the memory card for this video camera contained the most important moments of my life, including being picked up from the hospital with my son, his first bath, the first spoonful of puree, and also the only video of the last years of my late grandfather's life.
At first, I kindly turned to him so that he would give me a memory card, that I would delete his video, I don’t need it and I don’t give a damn about the camera, you can earn money and buy a new one, and the moments that are captured on it are priceless for me . Ohhh how hard it is for me now to refrain from rude language, but I'm afraid my review will be banned. So, this comrade, with an impudent look, obviously speaking a lie, said that he did not know where my card was and he did not take it (although a witness later told me that he broke it in half and ran away with it somewhere). I will not describe in detail what followed after that, it is very unpleasant: all the showdowns with the hotel guide, managers, general director, owner. (There was no point in going to the police, I consulted with lawyers from Russia, we are not at all protected here, there is a risk that we ourselves will be made guilty, because this inadequate bartender cut his fingers when he hit the camera, apparently, and wanted to throw the blame on us.
And we had to fly out the next day, with a small child in our arms, so I couldn’t take risks there). After several hours of swearing and sorting out the relationship (I’ll omit the details, otherwise I can devote a whole book to this), the summary is as follows: the card was not found, the hotel owner apologized, gave a bag of stupid gifts and told the manager to come to the manager in the late afternoon to compensate for the damage for a broken camera (the manager had the camera so that he could look at its cost on the Internet). What do you think? For a camera that cost 350 euros, this manager gave me 150 euros in crumpled papers. To my indignation, he replied: “What do you want? This model is already 2 years old, it is not new and we estimate its cost at this amount. ” That is, he offered me to buy a used camera instead of mine, which was in perfect condition and, most importantly, the moral damage that was caused to me for the loss of precious moments, to my husband and my son, they did not appreciate in any way.
I was already so disgusted that they ruined the last day of rest for our family, drank all the blood and could not resolve the conflict, which most of the vacationers were aware of, that I no longer wanted to go back to the owner and pull money out of him, for moral damage, to heat up my nerves again and transfer it all to my son. I just swore at the manager, left him, returned to the room, took a bag of gifts from the owner, brought them to the reception and asked me to give them to the chef, saying that I did not need his gifts.
At dinner, I was approached by a lot of people who asked how our story ended and if the leadership was able to resolve the conflict. NO, the management does not care about tourists, we are not protected in any way in Turkey and it happened that it is not clear where we can look for help and legal protection. The next morning I flew to Moscow, for the first time so happy about the end of my vacation.
THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL, THE WORST STAFF and THE WORST MANAGEMENT that fails to organize the operation of the hotel, hire normal people and maintain the hotel in a decent condition. As one woman on the beach told me, this hotel is DISPOSABLE. You will definitely never want to come back here.

And this, so that you understand, the children and I left the house for the airport at one in the morning and did not sleep all night. At two o'clock in the afternoon we were called to the reception, they wrote us the room number on the bracelets and said "sit down, wait. " After another half an hour, I went to the reception to find out what we are waiting for. And, lo and behold, it turned out they simply forgot about us. Well, then we were taken to the room and everything was wonderful: the air conditioner worked, the food was excellent, I liked the animation along with the animators, wifi sometimes worked right in the room (but more often it didn’t work anywhere), the room was cleaned well (except once, when I decided give a tip). Beach. Well, that's a different story. The sun loungers are very far from the water, and the sand is so hot in the morning that you can only walk on it in slippers. The beach (for some reason, only our hotel) was covered in algae, and, on the whole, dirty. Therefore, we practically did not go to the sea, we sat by the pool. The air temperature was 32-34 in the morning and reached 40 and above in the afternoon. The water in the pool was heated accordingly. There was another indoor pool, where the water was cool and there was a smell of oils from the hamam, they were saved from the heat in it. Well, that's all. In general, I am satisfied with the rest and the hotel and the Tez tour company too. The only thing: making an appointment with representatives of the Tez tour the next day after arrival is stupid. The information that the representative told me about the hotel, I already found out myself. I think a representative should meet on the day of arrival, help with check-in and tell all the information about the hotel. There are practically no Russian speakers at the reception, so a Tez tour representative could be extremely useful in the first hours upon arrival.

Well, for example, my daughter and I went to the hammam offered by the representative of the tour operator, because it is allegedly cheaper there. Paid $60 for two. Then, already on the spot, it turned out that these $ 60 included: 15 minutes of sauna, 15 minutes of foam massage in the hammam and 15 minutes of massage with oils. And then you start to sell additional services. At what they do not offer, namely, they vparivayut. There is simply no way to refuse, without these additional services you will simply die from all conceivable diseases without leaving the spa center. I agreed to a massage of 5 types for 1.5 hours. No, I have no complaints about the massage, everything was excellent. But guys, I ended up paying pretty much the same money that I would have been charged for similar services at my hotel's spa. We draw conclusions. I also fell for a trip to "shopping centers" from a tour operator. Well, in my understanding, a shopping center is a large building with a bunch of shops of different brands, a food court, restaurants and a cinema. But this is not about the places where we were taken. The first in our cultural program was the leather and fur trade center. The Turks have a rather peculiar idea of how leather goods should look, so they could not interest me in anything. Next was a shop (let's call a spade a spade, this is not a mall) jewelry and plus there is a souvenir and oriental sweets on the lower floor. I chose a silver ring with zirconium from Swarovski... Well, what can I say, for the price that I was asked for ($ 45 and this is with a 50% discount), I could buy a gold ring in Ukraine. Okay, nice ring. Further oriental sweets went. They gave us a taste, everything was delicious. And then they announced the price - $ 50 per kilo...
Then in the market, which is near the hotel, I saw something similar at times cheaper ($10-20 per kilo). I still amuse myself with the hope that my sweets are from the nature of the product, and bazaar ones are chemistry.
There were also painted bowls for $20, which I later found for $3 at the market. And a few more words about the textile "center". This is such a big place in appearance reminiscent of second-hand, but with new things, namely fakes of various brands. Prices. Prices in Ukraine are lower in shopping centers. I am not fond of fakes, so the assortment of this store was left without attention.
In general, shopping in Turkey was extremely dissatisfied.

- there is a river nearby that stinks, do not believe that there is no smell, it still feels like
- there are no garbage cans on the beach near the sea, as a result, garbage is lying around near the very edge of the sea
- there are no toilets on the beach by the sea (the nearest one is far to go), we ourselves have heard many times how parents sent their children to go into the sea and pop . .
- Poorly washed dishes came across several times in the dining room (and not only to us)
- for 2 weeks in the room they only brought shampoo, soap, gel once, and then when we wrote a request to replenish the shampoo
- in the toilet on the shelves more than once they didn’t wipe the dirt, everything is in streaks
- near the pool in the hotel had to borrow sunbeds early, then the problem is to find free
- near the pool in the hotel there is no toilet on the street (it is not convenient to go to the hotel) But there is a toilet for children
- very very small area of the hotel
In general, I would not go there again, but it's up to you. Previously rested at 4 and there were no such disadvantages.

There is NOTHING for teenagers. The food is good. We did not use the territories of the other two shekhers (you can only use the bar, eat only in your hotels or on the beach). Yes, and it is absolutely not convenient to pass through their territories to the sea, it will take more time when bypassing the fences and searching for an entrance through them. The beach is nice and there are plenty of sun loungers. Beach towels are exchanged for money (for me it's wild within the framework of 5 stars). For my family, this vacation turned out to be expensive and there were few good impressions. Excursions from operators are very expensive, we took two. Paid 450 dollars. Outside the territory, the same costs 230 dollars. We are intimidated by the fact that there is no insurance outside the perimeter and we don’t want to take risks, although in our groups there were those who did not buy from operators and the conditions were exactly the same. Come on figs with them. It's just embarrassing. For the Germans, excursions are much cheaper and the vouchers themselves. We communicated with Russian Germans : -). Our prices make their eyes widen : -). I will return to the hotel. About animation. Sunday is a day off. Silence. There are discos on the beach for three hotels, but not every day. There is also a children's room, but at first my child did not understand what it was. She did not hear the usual songs like aramzamzam, and on the other she bypassed her. Probably someone didn’t like it either, and soon well-known songs were included in the repertoire, but with a slightly different accent : -). They even scrolled about Pinocchio : -). I will round up. Initially, they knew that the hotel was German, but they could not imagine that it was so. . . I have never seen such a thing in the "fives". Safe paid, beach towels are also changed for denyushku. The food is not bad, but poor. But, oh well, because they came to breathe, walk, swim. And so they did. We rented a car, drove to Alanya, went to the fortress. Pretty! Not hot, almost complete absence of tourists. Grass - waist-deep, trees, shrubs, bloom and fragrant. I advise everyone to visit here in the spring, a lot of impressions. On the way back we stopped at Manavgat, stopped at the green canyon, and were stunned by the beauty!! ! Quiet, there is no one, only the majesty of the mountains, and the tenderness of the greenery. In Side we rode a dolmush, 2 lira per person, 10 minutes, and we are in the center of the ancient city. We walked around all the ruins, walked along the embankment, sat in a cafe by the sea, enjoying the sea, the gentle sun and the silence. For the low season the hotel is normal, but in the summer I would not advise you to go to the sea to go far and hot. But we went to the sea every day, on the last we even swam. There was a small storm, and everyone on the beach was enthusiastically jumping on the waves. I repeat once again, I would not go to Side in the summer, Belek is closer to me. But, how many people, so many opinions.

I'm still resting. A hotel for a relaxing family holiday. Clean area, everything is beautiful and with a pleasant smile of the staff. Most of the holidaymakers are Germans, a few Poles and Italians, and even fewer Russians. Walk 3-5 minutes to the beach (fast or slow). The beach is very large, sandy and the entrance to the sea is also sand.

The beach is very large, sandy and the entrance to the sea is also sand. For lunch, you can stay on the beach and have a full meal there. The room is always clean and tidy. Towels are changed at the request of the vacationer (I have 2 bath and 2 regular + 1 for feet in my room). In the refrigerator there are always 3 cola and 3 forfeits, 1 and a half of water, everything is replenished every day as it is consumed. I am satisfied with my stay in this hotel. It's hard to leave. I will definitely come back here again.
