Did you do a local registration in Montenegro right away? is there a need for this? or resolve the issue with the owner of the villa?

the situation with registration (at least in Budva) this year has become much more complicated! No paper media, just "roll your passport" .. and the data is immediately with the border guards. If you have your own apartment - a copy of the property certificate and a passport - and there are no questions. children (grandchildren) up to 12 years of age anyway free of charge.
