SUCH A SAD STORY!! ! Booked a hotel room for the weekend from 12 to 14 June to celebrate a wedding anniversary! The reservation was made a month before the event! ! Immediately upon booking, I discussed with the administrator Tatyana the possibility of living with a dog in a hotel room (miniature Spitz, 2 kg, with all documents). Tanya said that there were no problems with the placement of the dog and that they would not even charge us an additional fee, since the dog is so tiny! ! At the end of May, I called again to confirm the reservation! The conversation was already with the administrator Marina, and also discussed with her the possibility of accommodation with a dog, to which she received the answer: "ALL your previous agreements will be respected! " On June 9, at 4 p. m. , that is, almost in the evening, Marina called me and said that, unfortunately, they could not accept us with a dog! The reason is that on the same days the management will rest in the hotel and they expressed their unwillingness to see the animal! And all this despite all previous agreements! ! and I just can’t understand the reasons why my dog ​ ​ interfered with the leadership, and how you can ruin the holidays for your guests like this !! ! How can I call 2 days before the holidays and report a change in conditions? ? It is quite clear that it is almost impossible to find a "nanny" on summer weekends, especially in such a short time!! ! Thus, the management of this club ruined not only our mood, but also the first wedding anniversary for my husband and me! ! and even if we found someone to leave the dog with, with such an attitude of the club towards the guests, we absolutely don’t want to go and leave our money there !!!
