My husband and I decided to come to this Eco-club for the weekend. I called the specified number in advance on a weekday, clarified whether it was possible to come and not rent a house, but just ride a boat and an ATV, whether it was necessary to make any prepayment or not. To this I was told that no problem, come, they will issue us a one-time pass and we will pay only for the services that we choose. We arrived there on the weekend and they didn't let us in! I called them - they said that everything is busy and you need to sign up in advance, and now some group of people is resting with them and the managers do not want anyone to interfere with them. I asked why when I called on a weekday and clarified all the information, they told me that I didn’t need to book anything and that I could come any day and give us a one-time pass? ! they answered me, “We doubt that we could tell you this. ” In general, they didn’t let us in, they said that they couldn’t help. I do not think that 2 people could interfere with any group of people. Conclusion: spoiled the mood on the day off, lost time on the road. Accordingly, we will not go there again, since there is such service and attentiveness of managers to customers (and their ability to inform their customers). I will not recommend this place to all my friends.
