Stayed at this hotel for the first time. At first I was afraid that I would not find it, but in fact it turned out to be 5 minutes from the metro. The rooms are comfortable, not very large, the price includes a buffet breakfast, free internet is available everywhere. The service was very good, everyone was friendly and the room was cleaned well. I'll be back again!

Upon check-in, the room was clean, with everything you need. True, in the morning the flushing of the tank in the toilet stopped working : ). When leaving the room, they hung a special order form on the door handle and upon our arrival in the evening everything was fixed. Breakfast is beyond any claims. Even I, who was not accustomed to "breakfast" before eleven, was happy to go to breakfast at half past nine. Every Tuesday they have "days of Russian culture" for breakfast, so in addition to the main buffet menu, tea from a samovar, pancakes with sour cream, honey and jam are included. We really liked it. There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel

For the money this is a great hotel! There is even a kettle with cups in the room, you can drink tea before going to bed. The ironing room is a very convenient service. They fed very decently!

Rested with friends for the new year. Spacious rooms, good finishes, polite, well trained staff. Pulls even 4 stars. New Year's party was held in a great atmosphere. I would especially like to note the ability to organize a holiday and luxury rooms. I advise everyone. And the subway is 5 minutes walk. The area itself is quiet, there are no roads nearby.

It is better to travel around Moscow by metro, you will save a lot of time. Walk from the hotel to m. Vladykino 5-7min. It took 30 minutes to get to the ministry in the city center. Faster than in Yekaterinburg.

What kind of idiots we were that we didn’t know that in Moscow at the end of May, hot water was planned to be turned off. When booking, we were not warned about this, and in general they did not say a word. Yes, gentlemen, but we really wanted to soak in the jacuzzi. . . all I had to do was look at the bathtub))) Ah! . When complaining about the lack of hot water, at the reception (a fashionable word), the girl kindly offered me to solve the problem in a very original way. In general, to hell with romance, they brought us 10 liters of HOT water in a blue bucket. And as an additional service, so to speak, also an orange bucket))) In short, at the time of discharge, we heard a very professional answer to the above questions - I CAN TOO NOTHING. !! ! and as moral damages, so to speak, to keep warm, they gave T-shirts with touching inscriptions about Siberian bears. And yet, for the information of foreigners, we were given a hotel card upon departure. In general, I wish good luck to this hotel with great claims to professionalism-))) Gentlemen, in order to become one, you need to do something, and not refer to other bad uncles and aunts who interfere with your work and turn off hot water for the summer. And we, the poor fellows, living in Austria, even suspect this.
