Internet - paid wi-fi DEPARTURE - upon check-in, it turned out that stains "not compatible with life" were left on one of the towels. We were asked to pay its cost (in my opinion, 600 rubles). Since none of us could remember causing such irreparable damage to the hotel, a cleaning lady was called to the reception, whose expert opinion was added to our bill. In her opinion, the rag was spoiled by Coca-Cola, which, by the way, none of us drank in the room. Of course, we paid the required amount, though we also took the towel - it was paid after all)). How many did not consider it after the light, not a single speck was found. Later, sharing our impressions of the trip with colleagues, we learned that this kind of divorce is often practiced in hotels in our country. It is very sad that, despite the external attractiveness of hotels, the level of service staff still leaves the best.
