We rested with a small group (3 rooms). The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable rooms. And that's probably all. What follows are some cons. First, the cleaning of the rooms. If it were not for the brochures carefully arranged every day, we would not have guessed that the servants looked into them. The beds are not cleaned, the floor in the bathroom is not washed (due to the lack of a curtain, etc. , while taking a shower, it inevitably floods with water), the dust on the TV and bedside tables has already seen many guests. The rooms have an indelible smell of basement dampness. Breakfast - meager and tasteless, already on the second day they preferred to have a bite to eat in the city. By the way, I really liked the cafe "Salmon and coffee" in this regard. The ice rink is uneven, the choice of skates at the rental is limited by the lack of even the most common sizes. Billiards - pool tables are small, and for some reason the room was not cleaned after the previous games. Sauna - never got in, there were too many people who wanted to. Internet - paid wi-fi DEPARTURE - upon check-in, it turned out that stains "not compatible with life" were left on one of the towels. We were asked to pay its cost (in my opinion, 600 rubles). Since none of us could remember causing such irreparable damage to the hotel, a cleaning lady was called to the reception, whose expert opinion was added to our bill. In her opinion, the rag was spoiled by Coca-Cola, which, by the way, none of us drank in the room. Of course, we paid the required amount, though we also took the towel - it was paid after all)). How many did not consider it after the light, not a single speck was found. Later, sharing our impressions of the trip with colleagues, we learned that this kind of divorce is often practiced in hotels in our country. It is very sad that, despite the external attractiveness of hotels, the level of service staff still leaves the best.
