Good hotel! Were passing through, literally stopped to spend the night. The view from the window is gorgeous - right on the river bank, close to sights. The room is clean, cozy and warm. Breakfast pleased with the variety. If in Veliky Novgorod, then only in the hotel Rossiya!

There is cobwebs in the room, mold, instead of soap in a bottle there is something marsh-colored, the door is stratified and does not close, it’s scary to touch the rug - rusty stains. There is a persistent smell of rotten meat in the room, a layer of dust and 2 miserable coat hangers in the closet.

The claimed guarded parking lot is just a place in front of the hotel, there is no security. And in the final, when the room was handed over, they did not want to let it out until the cleaning lady took the room. If it was summer, they would refuse and spend the night on the street. Advise her to your enemies.
