A tour from Perm, a limited selection of cheap hotels. Is it possible to swim in the sea near the hotel or is it better to go to the islands and how far is the pier from the hotel? Can anyone tell me something about the Tune hotel Pattaya? Or is Welcome Plaza better? Thanks.
