First time in Alanya. I chose the hotel based mainly on the overall rating and reviews. I was attracted by the fact that the hotel is new, opened in 2011, and, judging by the photo, I really liked the interior and appearance of the hotel - the building itself is very reminiscent of a huge cruise sea liner located at the very edge of the sea. We arrived at the hotel early, at 11:30. I had to wait until 2pm. However, we were immediately put on bracelets, we wandered around the territory, then had lunch and rested in a cozy lobby bar. Initially, my wife and I paid for a "standard room with a view of the surroundings", but we paid extra $ 180 per week to the reception, and we were given a magnificent room 3612 on the 6th floor, exactly in the middle of the building with amazing sea views !! ! Gentlemen, it's worth it, I advise everyone!
Now for the hotel, I'll start with the pros:
1. A chic interior, all the details of decoration, from the rooms to the interior decorations - everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Everything is new, everything sparkles, beautiful chandeliers and even silent elevators dressed in gold will not leave anyone indifferent.

2. Very friendly and attentive staff at the reception, everyone understands Russian, a Russian girl is constantly on duty there, so we did not find any problems in communication, all issues are resolved quickly and professionally. The same can be said about waiters in bars and restaurants.
3. There are no complaints about nutrition, the menu is varied, lots of fruits, lots of strawberries!! ! A day later, especially for the Russians, they prepared the first dishes of Russian cuisine - borscht, hodgepodge, chicken noodles, a huge selection of meat and vegetables, a bunch of pastries, etc. etc. Plus seven, if I'm not mistaken, a la carte restaurants, plus a bunch of cafes and bars with food on the territory and inside.
4. Beautiful pier and pool with plenty of sunbeds.
5. The presence of an amphitheater with good animation, a nightclub here with a disco after 23-00, a cinema, a children's playroom, water slides, bowling, table tennis, shops with clothes and souvenirs inside the building.
6. The room has a 32-42" TV panel with Russian channels, a free safe, a minibar with beer and water, replenished every day, slippers, a bath with shower and hydromassage.
And now for the cons:
1. I would like to draw attention, first of all, to the hotel management, to the BAD cleaning of the rooms! Gentlemen, I do not understand why in a hotel of this class, the rooms are cleaned, to put it mildly, carelessly. A simple example - for all 7 days of stay with us NEVER swept the floor!! ! I’m not talking about wet cleaning, but those small crumbs under the table in the room and a big dead fly on the floor on the balcony lay all week, while tips were left regularly!
2. The disadvantages include the insufficient number of seats in the main restaurant, sometimes with full plates for 10-15 minutes they could not find free seats. And there weren't enough waiters for everyone either.
3. The lack of bathrobes in the rooms - only on bail at the reception, there are umbrellas.

4. No beach. This is more likely not a minus, but a feature of the hotel, there is a small patch on the side, but the water there is very dirty, sometimes some kind of dirty liquid was drained from the pipe. So if you want a sandy beach, then to the right of the hotel after 500 meters along the coast after 3 hotels there is a small cozy sandy beach 100 meters, resting against a small beautiful rock. There is a very beautiful view, a gentle sandy entry into the sea, although the beach belongs to another hotel, you can find a place. True, it is better to get there along the coast in special shoes, pebbles will come across. And you go down from the pier and immediately the depth, so that for children and those who cannot swim, the road to the pool or to this neighboring beach.
As a result, I will say the hotel is more likely for those who are over 30... Young people will probably be bored. But I would not advise to go to this hotel with children. Yes, there is a children's playroom, there are slides, a paddling pool, but, remembering themselves and their child, in my opinion, all children love to mess around in the sand, build sand castles and figurines, run barefoot on the sand. Therefore, it is up to you to decide how comfortable your children will be in this hotel. And so in general the hotel was very pleasant! Have a good rest everyone. Ready to answer all questions. Alexander.
