Прекрасный отель, отличное месторасположение Great hotel, great location

The hotel is very well located, in the center of Alanya, but the place is not noisy. If you leave the hotel and go to the right - there begins the whole movement, music, cafes / bars, noise / din, to the left - peace and quiet. The hotel itself is very cozy, like home. Cleaning is of high quality, there was a situation when our shower broke down, but we didn’t say anything at the reception and went to the beach (at that time we were always cleaned), and when we returned, the master came and fixed everything, i. e. the cleaning lady noticed that the shower was broken and reported it herself. I think this is a high indicator of the quality of the work of the staff, not all 5 * hotels have such responsible employees.

Everything worked fine in the room, hair dryer, condo, TV, Wi-Fi was only in the lobby and by the pool, it worked fine, no complaints.

The food was excellent, tasty, freshly prepared, there were no starving and emaciated people, I even heard the phrase at the next table sounded: "for the first time I see that the top three are so deliciously fed": ) The choice was good, it is clear that lobsters and foie gras are not served there will be (do not forget about the category of the hotel), everything else was meat and fish and chicken, soup, side dishes, salads, fruits, vegetables and sweets (his choice was not large and this is wonderful, no one ate anything extra and did not torment his conscience : )

On the first day, we bought a beach set for 15 liras (2 sun loungers and an umbrella) and at the reception we were advised not to go to the hotel beach, but to the neighboring Flamingo Beach, there is a gorgeous entry into the sea (without plates), sunbeds at the very edge of the coast (not you have to jump on hot sand), quietly and calmly. We were satisfied with the hotel, if we come to Alanya again, we will definitely return to it.
