We arrived at the hotel at 10.30. We quickly filled out the documents and went to breakfast, which should be before 11 o'clock. But apart from tea, they could not give us anything.
Settled quickly, the room is standard, clean. Cleaning was done every day. Everything is fine with this.
We wanted to take an iron, but we were told that this is a paid service.
In the dining room, everything is more or less normal, but for 7 days the menu has not changed. Everything was standard and predictable. I think that families with small children were problematic to eat.
The fish restaurant was closed.
Separately, I will say about the bartenders. I don’t know who they consider us to be, but they interfere with anything in cocktails. To our comments, they always stubbornly proved that this is exactly the cocktail that was ordered.

Animation is basically non-existent. In the evening there was a disco for children and hourly events for adults. At 2200 everything ended, although in the nearest hotels the music blared until 2300 with dancing.
The most interesting thing was in the morning, when at 10.00 three animators came out, stood on the bridge, moved to the music for two minutes and left. Once there was a fitness exercise in the morning and that's it. All this looked strange.
The beach is dirty, the garbage is not removed, there was no music.
The hotel can be rated 3, but not 5.
Separately, I want to note the SPA. All staff are friendly and professional. We took a complex, including a hammam, a classic massage and a face mask. Everything was at the highest level, as there was something to compare. Took five more massage sessions. Many thanks to the masseuses Mia and Nurgul, as well as the administrators for their attention and pleasant communication. I recommend to everyone.
