Бедный и старый poor and old

I am writing a review with one purpose - sorry for those who chose it. We got there by mistake - travel agents sell it (at least to us) as a spa family. And people after reading good reviews go. But this is a SEPARATE hotel, they have different areas, restaurants, pools. The hotel itself does not look like any 4 stars, maximum 2. Old rooms, upon arrival we had a puddle in the middle of the room from the bathroom, the toilet did not work (there were interruptions in water, ) very dark and moldy bathrooms. Just Horror! The administration pretends that this is normal, they fixed the air conditioner, but the shower still leaked! Passage to Family along the highway, to the sea, across the road. There is no Wi-Fi - only in ONE place in Family. The staff tries hard, especially in the restaurant, but everything else! Do not compare accommodation in Family (we had friends). I do not recommend.
