Old rooms, upon arrival we had a puddle in the middle of the room from the bathroom, the toilet did not work (there were interruptions in water, ) very dark and moldy bathrooms. Just Horror! The administration pretends that this is normal, they fixed the air conditioner, but the shower still leaked! Passage to Family along the highway, to the sea, across the road. There is no Wi-Fi - only in ONE place in Family. The staff tries hard, especially in the restaurant, but everything else! Do not compare accommodation in Family (we had friends). I do not recommend.

They offered us to move the beds for one night, tomorrow we will give another room. Having moved the beds on the floor, they found dirt, hair, clouds of dust. The room didn't seem to be cleaned. The husband immediately went to solve this issue. Having given a couple of dollars to the hand of the administrator, the number was immediately changed. Moved to the 3rd floor. There is already linoleum on the floor and cleaner, but also 2 beds. The bathroom is also not clean. You can't walk without slippers. In the morning they met the maid, she doesn’t speak Russian at all, they gave her a dollar and asked her to clean up, she cleaned up. It was terrible. First time in my life I've encountered this. Great chance of breaking or injuring your leg. I swam in special slippers. All 6 days the sea was dirty.
The area is very very small. There is a pool and a slide. The pool is not big, but there was enough space for everyone, you could always find a free sunbed. The slide worked regularly. Depth 160 and on a small piece 120. The water is clean and smells a bit of bleach, but one day the husband took out a fragment from the bottom, almost injuring his leg.
Our conclusion: the price corresponds to the quality. The rating of the hotel is 2.8, but not 3.

The food is not very tasty, but you can choose something good, there were watermelons, tasteless apricots, green apples and once green ones, oak plums, tasty bread, dirty tables, internet only in the lobby. For a week of rest, the cleaning lady came 2 times and then only to remove the garbage, the towels were not changed at all, shampoo and soap were given out only on the day of arrival and that's it. Towels for the pool and the beach are issued at the reception, but they are quickly sorted out. Animation was almost non-existent, the animator Nurik all the time invited vacationers to paid discos in Alanya, the cost of discos was $10 and $20. Was in the club "Marina" and "Latina" the price of cocktails from $ 10. The pool is normal, but small, there is a shallow one for children. The room has air conditioning. Almost all the staff speaks Russian. In general, I don’t want to go back there. And I do not recommend choosing it for recreation.
