The choice of the hotel was random. I chose a 4 * hotel for a holiday with a child (2 years old). Two weeks before departure, the tour operator said that our hotel would soon be closed for repairs and we were offered to spend our holidays in this hotel. He's new. Opened in the summer of 2015. I did not find any reviews on it... I agreed.
1. Settlement. Pretty fast. Because We were with a child - they did not make us wait. Room with a sea view (the bucks put in the passport worked).
2. The appearance of the hotel. All new. Beautiful. Room with a balcony, a table and two chairs, a small clothes dryer.
3. Staff. The receptionist was not particularly contacted. I do not like to complain, find fault with the shortcomings of cleaning and so on. I do not consider it necessary. We contacted a couple of times: the safe broke (through our fault) and found out about the scales for weighing the suitcase. The safe was fixed quickly. Scales are only in the store. Responsive employees.

Cleaning: for occasionally left dollars, they cleaned well. The balcony was washed, once they even wound swans.
Restaurant: everyone smiles when you meet at the entrance. They wish you bon appetit. Sea food. Every day chicken, beef, fish. Sometimes - lamb, liver, tongue. Stew, pasta, vegetable casseroles, rice, fries....Fruits were. Entrepreneurial compatriots recruited them in basins (for a night watcher, apparently). I don’t understand why everyone is standing in line... You can just take a plate and go. Because at the beginning of the hot counter is the food that not everyone eats (fries, rice). There is always no one at the end of it... Cakes, pastries - in large quantities. In the morning rolls 5-7 types. You definitely won't leave hungry. They feed constantly.
One minus associated with the work of the restaurant, which crossed out everything....On October 12-13, many people fell ill. Diarrhea, vomiting, nausea... With the doctor available at the hotel, they were refused help, saying that everything was ok with food. No medicine, no apology. . . I suffered myself. Good thing we had a lot of medicines with us. Most of all I was afraid for the child. Apparently she was saved by the fact that not every meal in the hotel restaurant we fed her there. On the 13th she ate porridge in her room. The restaurant only has fruit. On the 13th I got a sour salad!
Animation. Weak. I was only interested in children. She's not there during the day. In the evenings, not every day. The mini club is always closed!
Beach. The most terrible of all... Sharp stones. Big boulders. Waves. The brought sand lies in a big mountain and no one scatters it along the beach. With a small child, we swim in the sea not every day. The sea is restless. The children's pool is clean. The water is ice cold. Swimming is not possible. . .
This is my second time writing a review for a hotel. Very objective. Believe me.
