Firstly, we were settled in a room with BUGS ...(I am attaching screenshots from a video shot in room 412). When the bedbugs were discovered, there was no longer an employee at the reception, this should not be, someone is always obliged to sit in the lobby. I had to look for a hotel room myself in order to sleep, since we arrived at night and at the reception they apparently never have anyone at night, everyone sleeps. They didn't even bother to check the room before checking in the guests. Secondly, on the day of departure, which was early in the morning, we were not given breakfast. There was no apology for the bedbugs and no compensation for moral damages. We came to rest, called pancake. There is also no kettle or fridge in the room. There are problems with water in the sink and shower: that is, there is no water, sometimes it was not possible to wash. Breakfasts were monotonous (I attach a photo). The hotel staff were just rude...
Pros: there is a slide and a pool, a beautiful view of the mountains, there is free Wi-Fi, a cleaning lady cleans the room every day.

We were satisfied with the rest! I liked the hotel, small without bells and whistles, but everything worked properly. In the room (we lived on the 3rd floor, room 213) Wi-Fi was no problem. If you don’t need Tagil, if you don’t need lunch at the hotel (it would definitely be superfluous for us), if you are not an adherent of mass entertainment in the form of animations, then you are here.

The hotel is located in the city center, but on a quiet street. For 10-15 min. you can get to any beach in the city and to a nightclub. The staff at the hotel is very pleasant, smiling and delicate. Cleaning is carried out qualitatively, every day at lunchtime. At the reception around the clock you can find out any information, order an excursion, lunch, consult on shopping, etc. The hostess Olesya is especially helpful to everyone. She speaks Russian, Turkish, English and helps the guests to resolve any issues. In general, the atmosphere in the hotel is homely, very cozy and comfortable. I saw guests who have already come to this hotel several times, although they have decent incomes and can easily afford any 5-ku. I just like the atmosphere and service of the hotel) The food is good, milk for breakfast, various cereals, vegetables, herbs, jams, sausages, sausages, eggs, bread, fruits, several types of cheeses, tea, coffee, and in the evening they cook meat, vegetable stew, rice, manti or pasta or potatoes, salads, greens, vegetables, fruits and a local dessert (baklava, soufflé , etc. ) - I didn’t write down all the dishes, but it’s clear that you won’t stay hungry. The range is wide and there is plenty to choose from. The products are all fresh, cooked deliciously, do not oversalt and there is no overabundance of spices. There is always enough food, but if a dish "leaves" faster, they immediately bring an additive. On our arrival at the hotel there were Russians 70% (young couples, families with children) and couples from Europe 30%, all pleasant and friendly. So our holiday was a success. Thanks to the Kemer Avrupa Hotel 3 *, all the staff and especially Olesya! We will definitely try to visit you again.
