We are resting at the moment in this "wonderful" hotel, on Monday 06/01/2015 in the evening at about 22, when we returned to the room, we found an open safe and, accordingly, the loss of money $ (the amount is not small). To which the hotel, as well as the hotel guide from the operator Teztour (!!!!) did not react, and even took everything aggressively, the police have not yet been called. Complete indifference and inaction, the second day we sit at the reception waiting. Vacation completely ruined.
