Cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. 1. When the room is occupied, no one cleans (no one). There are no clean towels, no toilet paper, no one serves air conditioners (if it blows). 2. The staff are young students who came to work part-time, who do not understand anything in this area, but the most important thing is their appearance (dirty, fungus on their feet, in unwashed clothes and shoes every day, moreover, one of them swam with me in the hotel pool, my remark was answered that he was tired and also wants to swim, they eat together with vacationers in the general restaurant even when there are vacationers, the restaurant is completely unsanitary, they work without gloves - everything is in the photo). … More ▾ Cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

3. Regarding food, I will attach a photo.
4. The beach is complete darkness. WI-FI works only on the first floor and then every other time. For all our 10 days, no one has ever cleaned. Murat is a Turk who speaks a little Russian, hints at tips from the first day, our friends who thanked him were given the answer - THANKS IS NOT BEAUTIFUL, and constantly wants to sell the tour, change money - and wants to deceive everywhere.
One + is nature and the sea.

The staff are young guys who do not know how to serve and what is a sanatorium. They serve without gloves and without masks, allow themselves to touch other people's food on a plate, swim in the pool. For all the hour we were there, we never cleaned, dirty towels were never changed, the toilet was never washed as well as the bathroom, not to mention cleaned in the room. Staff can dine with guests and swim by the pool. An administrator named Murat in the first minutes to speak directly about the tip. He is not noticeable when asked to clean the room, says that their staff has been disbanded, and that one cleaner does not have time to clean everywhere.

The restaurant is served by untidy teenagers who serve food without gloves, do not keep cleanliness. Nobody controls them, they can eat with vacationers.

We arrived at 23:00, Murat met us at the reception, fed us and settled us on the 9th floor with a stunning view of the mountains. Immediately asked for a tip. Immediately asked for a tip. They settled us in a standard room for four, which is rare in many hotels. For 7 days they never cleaned or changed towels. There is no territory and animation in the hotel, wi-fi is only in the lobby. It’s 2 minutes to the beach, there are few sunbeds and they need repair, but you can go to any beach by buying any drink, and you can stay there at least all day (we went to the beach at Fidan cafe, there is free wi-fi).

The food is monotonous, mostly semi-finished products, for 7 days there was meat only 3 times and then for dinner, there is no fish. From 17:00 I offer sweets, which are not enough for everyone. Fruits included watermelons, melons, plums and grapes. The bar is only near the pool, it works from 10:00 to 22:00, from alcohol beer, white and red wine, gin tonic, vodka and crayfish. All the shortcomings of the hotel are compensated by the most beautiful views and the cleanest sea.
We were on excursions around the islands, went to Marmaris and the old town of Amos, walked around the village. For the little money that we paid for this tour, we had a great rest!

Marmaris can be reached by water taxi (go when 6 people, 30 lira, 40 minutes). The hotel is open for three weeks, did not work in 2020, is under renovation. Location: in the center of Turunc, surrounded by pine forests and mountains, the room had a beautiful view. Room renovated, orthopedic bed, large wardrobe, air conditioning worked well. Arrived at 10 pm, they brought us a 1.5 liter bottle of water (this is a one-time promotion) and slicing: bread, cheese, sausage, tomato and cucumber. The room has a bar for food storage. Cleaning was twice a week, the second time after the reminder. No toothbrush cup and clothes dryer, dried swimsuits on the balcony on wicker chairs.

Beach towels are not provided! The beach has umbrellas and beds with mattresses.
It is not necessary to wear pebbles under the feet of the sea, go into the sea with equipment, corals. The sea is clean, clear, blue, green, salty, you can see the bottom with bushes of algae and fish. On the weekends the sea gets dirty because there are more ships. There is no shower, locker room, toilet on the beach. Jellyfish and mosquitoes are not common. The entire coastline is built up with hotels and restaurants. The season starts in mid-July, we arrived 6.07 - the water was 22 degrees, left 13.07 - the water was 25 degrees.

The food is monotonous, especially breakfast (boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread spreads, 3 types of cheese, sometimes sausage. The last 3 days were cornflakes with milk). For lunch and dinner, give the meat a portion of man (poultry or minced sausages). From fruits: watermelon and melon. There were no fish at all. Of the drinks concentrated juices: orange, apple, coffee machine, tea and tea bags. The cup has nothing to do with kovid, so buy yourself a cup so as not to burn your hands.
The staff in the process of training, a little retarded, disrespectful: they watermelon, spit seeds into a dirty plate, run up, pull out the plate ...Maybe they do not care to spit right on the table? It is impossible to get along, because I do not know Turkish.

Two people at the reception speak Russian. English workers in the dining room and maid do not understand. The manager had flags of different countries on his desk, there was no Ukrainian flag, although most vacationers are from Ukraine. There were also local vacationers and a family from Spain. The guide from Peninsula, Natalie, a Russian and rude woman, after not taking her tours, told us not to call her if anything happened to us. In general, the guide Peninsuli is on the bus, and this Natalia, when they explain how to look for the pedestal of Ataryurk in Marmaris, remembers Lenin. They have no idea that people from neighboring countries have long forgotten who it is.
And in general to compare Lenin and Ataryurka, it's like comparing the sinful with the righteous.
Therefore, the tour was taken in Pamukkale (3.5 hours drive) near the local company, it is located on the main street of the town, there is such a nice Turk who speaks good Russian. We had a group of 8 people, a good atmosphere, we had never heard of Lenin! We heard about Erdogan's shortcomings (the tour was $ 10 cheaper). Also 4 km away are the ruins of the ancient city of Amos, we got there by taxi - 40 lira, returned on the road on foot. There are beautiful views of the mountain and the bay at the top. Very beautiful and good photos! Money for lyres can be exchanged at the hotel, or a little exchange rate in the store, opposite the supermarket Migros, in Svetlana (textile store). Cards are accepted everywhere. The market also takes dollars and euros. On the day of departure, they got stuck in the elevator and sat there for half an hour.

Were with my husband in this hotel. Satisfied. Among the advantages: close to the sea (5 minutes); own beach, where there are sunbeds and umbrellas; rooms are clean, tidy, nice with beautiful views (we had a room on the 10th floor with views of the mountains and the city, also saw a piece of sea); terrace with a very beautiful view, swimming pool, sunbeds and bar. … More ▾ Were with my husband in this hotel. Satisfied.

Among the advantages:
close to the sea (5 minutes);
own beach, where there are sunbeds and umbrellas;
rooms are clean, tidy, nice with beautiful views (we had a room on the 10th floor with views of the mountains and the city, also saw a piece of sea);
terrace with a very beautiful view, swimming pool, sunbeds and bar. From 16 to 17 you can enjoy Turkish pastries (1 serving per person);
real brewed Turkish tea for breakfast, lunch and dinner;
there are toilets on the 1st and 2nd floors;
on the terrace and in the dining room there are coffee machines, but coffee from them so-so;
right next to the hotel: hammam tulip as there, I do not know), a supermarket with the lowest prices Migros, a shop with tea, Turkish delight and spices - I recommend.

Of the disadvantages:
toilets on the 1st and 2nd floors need repair));
uhagli somewhere well really wanted to repair the walls and ceiling)))

Note:
there is no own territory and animation, for us it was not a problem, because we spent many hours on walks, the sea and excursions;
cuisine - a vegetarian's dream: a lot of vegetables, greens, legumes (chickpeas, beans), pasta, rice, soy sausage and sausages, an hour chicken, once a week fish, really little meat, but on a "starvation ration" in Calypso, I scored 5 kg)))

No comments to the staff. She personally accommodated us in a wonderful room, for which she is very grateful.

A little about food, because there are many complaints about it. I wrote above that this is a vegetarian's dream, but for busy carnivores local food is really a problem. However, the food is delicious.

Breakfast: yogurt, varenko, begmez (very interesting, useful and tasty thing), honey (soooo cool - with citrus flavor), various plates, 3-4 types of cheese, 3 types of olives, soy sausage, oil, bread, something warm, such as eggs, stew with soy sausages, etc. , melon, watermelon, greens, fresh vegetables, olive oil, proper brewed tea.
Lunch and dinner: 1 type of soup, something meat (more precisely chicken), several types of salad with mayonnaise and yogurt, greens, vegetables, pasta, rice, various dishes of chickpeas, beans, cereals, vegetables, 2-3 types of Turkish sweets , proper brewed tea)) Dinner is not very different from lunch, but a little more dishes).

About Turunch
Turunch himself liked it very much - well suited for those who are tired of communication and hustle and bustle - quiet, calm, clean. In the town itself is not surprising, except for plants that we do not have))
There are cafes, shops, pastry shop. Every Monday a real small bazaar (worth a visit - prices are lower than in stores, the choice is more interesting).

Sea - fairy tales!

From Turunch you can get:
walk (1 hour) to Amos beach and the ruins of the ancient Greek city of Amos. It is worth a walk;
walk (2 hours, passing or entering Amos) to the beach Kumlyubuk (incredible water! );
by dolmus or water taxi to Marmaris, where to visit the fortress, and in the fortress cafe "Panorama" - a small cozy place at the highest point of the city.

Money exchange. The euro is a little more expensive than the dollar. The best course at the post office, which, however, works cunningly: from 8:30 to 17, but! 12:30-13:30 - lunch, 15:00-17:00 - sangodina, on Sat and Sun weekends))))

Wi-fi was and I don’t remember exactly, but it seems to be free and there were no questions about it.

My wife and I chose the hotel ourselves, via the Internet. At the same time, the location was in the first place. At the same time, the location was in the first place. From this point of view, expectations were fully justified - fantastic views from the window, everything you need is nearby. The hotel building itself was built with sufficient quality, the rooms are comfortable - the photos of the rooms are relevant.
The hotel staff tried their best to spoil our holiday, but could not.
Let's start with what is mandatory even for one star - the presence of information materials in the room. They do not exist, and it was not possible to obtain them from the staff. On the third day, we accidentally found out that it is forbidden (! ) to put your food in the refrigerator. And that water is supposed to be 0.5 liters for the entire stay.
The language of communication. If jasmin4869 communicates quite correctly in English, then her successor strenuously pretends that he understands only his native language. And isn't it strange that in a hotel where about 2/3 of the Slavs live, no one knows Russian?
By the way, the staff is also clearly not aware of the requirements for a 4 * hotel. Let's not even talk about the lack of carpeting or glasses in the room, but the food and the behavior of the staff deserve special mention.
Even on the way to the hotel, guides from TPG warned us several times to be careful when eating Turkish cuisine. If chicken legs and soy sausage are Turkish cuisine, then I simply sympathize with the Turks. The combination of fried sausage and boiled vermicelli, although it evokes nostalgia for the school cafeteria, does not cause appetite. Fried potatoes are good, but not three times a day! Using food not eaten in the morning to prepare dinner is, in my opinion, redneck. At the same time, a cutlet from a former fried sausage seems to be a special delicacy.
However, what am I about myself and about myself? For vegans, the choice of vegetables is quite normal. True, not very good with fruit - it can be seen that the harvest this year is bad. Once they gave apples, and once grapes. They also gave plums, but inedible. Yes, and that's just for dinner. In general, the last two days I had a persistent feeling of hunger (! ), I had to eat bread. Honestly, the bread is amazing.
A separate attraction in the dining room is a number called "what are you sitting here, we need to wash the floors. " The fact that the staff should be dressed uniformly (or in uniform) was not heard here either. As well as the fact that staff should not eat with customers.
Bar. Beer - sucks, I would even say - donkey urine. Wine of two varieties (red and white) - tolerable. Vodka of the third grade, brandy is not bad, and the local gin is simply excellent. Only now access to the bar is limited - from 12.30 to 14.00 and from 19.05 to 20.45. As a "bonus", the bartender is very amusing, trying to show with gestures "you drink too much".
On one of the days they took a chance in connection with the excursion to order a lunch box instead of breakfast and lunch. We were handed one sandwich in cling film into our hands and that's it...
About Internet access. When jasmin4869 tries to explain the low speed and stability by allegedly saying that “the security of the communication channel is provided by the gendarmerie”, this is, sorry, nonsense. With the equipment (UBIQUTY) that they have, the Internet should fly. It's just that they don't have their own system administrator, and the toad presses to invite a third-party toad. In short, if on the first day the Internet worked fine in the rooms, then later - only in the lobby, and without the ability to call via Viber (only text correspondence).
About room service. Cleaning was limited to cleaning the ashtray. However, common areas (halls, corridors) are also not cleaned. What we were given instead of 4 towels 2, and three servings of shampoo for two for 5 days - God bless him. The fact that the towels were not changed, despite requests, was also experienced. But the non-working sewage system, because of which we had to wash ourselves in the shower, gave our rest a special piquancy. Yes, Jasmine promised that they would fix it. . . promised. . . promised. . . Against this background, the lack of hot water for two days is just nonsense.
In short, if Jasmine thinks everything is fine in their hotel, she is probably confusing the hotel with a scout camp.
