My wife and I chose the hotel ourselves, via the Internet. At the same time, the location was in the first place. From this point of view, expectations were fully justified - fantastic views from the window, everything you need is nearby. The hotel building itself was built with sufficient quality, the rooms are comfortable - the photos of the rooms are relevant.
The hotel staff tried their best to spoil our holiday, but could not.
Let's start with what is mandatory even for one star - the presence of information materials in the room. They do not exist, and it was not possible to obtain them from the staff. On the third day, we accidentally found out that it is forbidden (! ) to put your food in the refrigerator. And that water is supposed to be 0.5 liters for the entire stay.

The language of communication. If jasmin4869 communicates quite correctly in English, then her successor strenuously pretends that he understands only his native language. And isn't it strange that in a hotel where about 2/3 of the Slavs live, no one knows Russian?
By the way, the staff is also clearly not aware of the requirements for a 4 * hotel. Let's not even talk about the lack of carpeting or glasses in the room, but the food and the behavior of the staff deserve special mention.
Even on the way to the hotel, guides from TPG warned us several times to be careful when eating Turkish cuisine. If chicken legs and soy sausage are Turkish cuisine, then I simply sympathize with the Turks. The combination of fried sausage and boiled vermicelli, although it evokes nostalgia for the school cafeteria, does not cause appetite. Fried potatoes are good, but not three times a day! Using food not eaten in the morning to prepare dinner is, in my opinion, redneck. At the same time, a cutlet from a former fried sausage seems to be a special delicacy.
However, what am I about myself and about myself? For vegans, the choice of vegetables is quite normal. True, not very good with fruit - it can be seen that the harvest this year is bad. Once they gave apples, and once grapes. They also gave plums, but inedible. Yes, and that's just for dinner. In general, the last two days I had a persistent feeling of hunger (! ), I had to eat bread. Honestly, the bread is amazing.
A separate attraction in the dining room is a number called "what are you sitting here, we need to wash the floors. " The fact that the staff should be dressed uniformly (or in uniform) was not heard here either. As well as the fact that staff should not eat with customers.
Bar. Beer - sucks, I would even say - donkey urine. Wine of two varieties (red and white) - tolerable. Vodka of the third grade, brandy is not bad, and the local gin is simply excellent. Only now access to the bar is limited - from 12.30 to 14.00 and from 19.05 to 20.45. As a "bonus", the bartender is very amusing, trying to show with gestures "you drink too much".

On one of the days they took a chance in connection with the excursion to order a lunch box instead of breakfast and lunch. We were handed one sandwich in cling film into our hands and that's it...
About Internet access. When jasmin4869 tries to explain the low speed and stability by allegedly saying that “the security of the communication channel is provided by the gendarmerie”, this is, sorry, nonsense. With the equipment (UBIQUTY) that they have, the Internet should fly. It's just that they don't have their own system administrator, and the toad presses to invite a third-party toad. In short, if on the first day the Internet worked fine in the rooms, then later - only in the lobby, and without the ability to call via Viber (only text correspondence).
About room service. Cleaning was limited to cleaning the ashtray. However, common areas (halls, corridors) are also not cleaned. What we were given instead of 4 towels 2, and three servings of shampoo for two for 5 days - God bless him. The fact that the towels were not changed, despite requests, was also experienced. But the non-working sewage system, because of which we had to wash ourselves in the shower, gave our rest a special piquancy. Yes, Jasmine promised that they would fix it. . . promised. . . promised. . . Against this background, the lack of hot water for two days is just nonsense.
In short, if Jasmine thinks everything is fine in their hotel, she is probably confusing the hotel with a scout camp.
